We were a group of friends, we wanted to celebrate a birthday one of us, so the staff allowed to stay in restaurant a little bit late. Our rooms was tidy and nice. Breakfast was really tasty.

During the Giro stage (y.2024) on Monte Grappa everything was very good..the perfect loaction as starting point for cycling.

Squeaky bed, some ants (bugs) in the room but nothing bad.

The breakfast was one of the most pathetic we've ever had in Italy. It had nothing to do with the pictures. If there is few people staying, then it's better not to offer any breakfast rather than pretending to have a buffet. I would also say that the staff should work on their hospitality and kindness. The room cleaning service has to be improved. I had an empty plastic water bottle on my bedside, and it was still there after the room cleaning. The bedsheets were not changed, just tidied up. In the end the room was more or less the same as we left, then why bother to enter to the room? The A/C in the room was not comfortable. You can only select the temperature of the room you want and it automatically turns on and off 0.5 degrees above and below of your decision. It blows very cold air very strongly until the temperature of the room is 0.5 degrees lower than the selected temperature. So from time to time you burn and freeze and there is no spot in the middle.

Nice decent sized rooms even the budget ones. Only problem is the aircon noise. It can very loud overnight if you’re in a room next the reception side. Staff helpfully changed our room due to the noise, thought the noise was still there as the room was same sort of location, just on the top floor. Location is also not nice, there’s nothing around but it’s a good budget one night stopover if you’re travelling around for a while and just want a nice night of good sleep.

Very clean and rooms are actually big and nice. Beds are comfy. Breakfast is also really good.

The room itself was fine. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great!

The air conditioning didn’t work, the refrigerator was moldy and hot and the beds were not comfortable. One of the kids’ beds dipped when you laid on it like it was broken.
