Wonderful hosts came out to greet us on arrival. We were able to park right outside to unload and then park the hire car in a large, free public car park 50m away. The room was warm, and clean with two balconies! While only 100m to the telecabina, is a tough 100m to walk, especially with ski kit, so instead we decided to drive the 10 minutes up to Pila each day where there is ample free parking. The bar area is stunning, made even better by the host thoughtfully leaving a game of Connect Four on our table to entertain us. Thank you so much for everything Natalie!

No negatives for us

The place is close to the cable cars, however I visited during summer, so it is irrelevant. Location has beautiful view of the Aosta town, note that it is on the mountain, so detours are expected to go in and out of the city. The property is kind and provided us an upgrade of our stay, there is a parking nearby within walking distance. As the owner is there all the time, so check-in is relatively easy. We had late check-in as we travel by car and was affected by traffic, and the host was flexible. The kitchen is fully equipped and was relatively easy for us to have simple breakfast in the property prior to our day. You can also pay for breakfast easily and have at the accomodation.

The bed in the room is comfortable but not the ones on the attic. The mattress sink a lot as compared to the one in the bedroom. There is also no black-out blinds for the attic, thus making sleeping through really hard during summer when the sun rise so early. Note that there is no paper towel in the kitchen, or apartment. Making cleaning of the kitchen relatively complicated.

lovely hotel, great food and staff were fantastic.

maybe a mini bus service as the walk to the lift below everyday with small children was hard work and even more so walking back up. maybe a hamper option with some food tea coffee, bread, milk , cereals etc just to get you going might be handy. there was tea and coffee served at the bar in a morning which was nice.

Perfect place to stay away from a busy city like Rome, where I come from. The apartment is very clean with complete amenities. The location altitudine is roughly 2200m and there's an amazing panorama. The cable cars above the apartment add more beauty to Residence Les Fleurs.

Staff were very very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was 10/10. Best food i had in my whole stay. the only thing is, you must book to eat there in advance before you arrive or you may only get the chance to eat there once.

The spa, had to be booked in advanced, didnt get chance to use it.

We had a very nice and comfortable apartment with an amazing view over Aosta. The style of the building and the room were very charming. Staff was welcoming. We had everything we wanted for our ski trip to Pila. The ski lift station Les Fleurs is quite close, actually visible from the apartment. However, since you have to follow the road to get there, it is actually 700m, which is too much to go on foot in ski boots. So to get to Pila you'll need to take the car. Now, once you get into the car, it is better to drive straight up to Pila, which is only 6-7mins drive, than to drive to Les Fleurs station and take the lift.

Super friendly and helpful staff, great food and views, surprisingly spacious apartment and lovely relaxing sauna. Great value

Very friendly and helpful stuff. The house is well equipped, clean and it has fascinating view. It is also close enough to the cabin station (it takes a couple of minutes to walk to there) In general, I totally recommend.
