Small out of the way though not far from the bus station. Large rooms and bathroom. Able to hang out a few clothes on a line. Communication with owner a little harder as our Italian not so good but we sorted it out.

Breakfast is not included in the price. It's 8 euros. We didn't realize that from everyone else's post. It was good but more sweet pastries than hardy breads. Have to ask for some of the local cheeses and fruit wasn't the freshest. Easy though as it was in the building and you could start your day.

Close to the city center,bus and train stations.Comfortable and clean room with a beautiful mountain view in a quiet environment.

Just Internet.After I entered wi-fi crendentials,it redirected me to a page.To be able to surf in Internet,you have to click the button on this page.But redirection page disappears in a second and it makes impossible to click it.Even if I succeed, wi-fi connection disconnects 4-5 minutes later and I had to start the same process from beginning.Sometimes I managed to click the button but mostly not.

Balcony with an outlook across to the mountains, and somewhere to sit in the sunshine if sunny.

Access can be difficult. As the property is not always attended, it may be difficult to obtain the key without makin an international call to a telephone number. One telephone number did not work at all, while the other one was answered by a person speaking no English. I did not discover if they have anything to do with the hotel.

No reception when we arrived because we were outside the stated hours, but contact via text messages was fine and we were able to access the hotel and our room without difficulty.

Restricted reception hours were a problem, an the hotel is some distance from the station and city centre, but these are minor problems - the room and facilities were excellent.

The room is clean and comfortable, there was a balcony to enjoy the view. Good wifi, the place is quiet, not far from town center. There’s big supermarket nearby.

Location is great. Centre of town is 8 mins walk. The gondola lifts to the mountains and a Hypermarket are right next door!

Great location, and the property is safe and secure. My room has a balcony with a mountain view so I loved that too.

No kettle, tea/coffee facility in room.

Lovely breakfast .. wonderful furniture in the breakfast room . Great pictures on the walls up the stairs . Homely atmosphere. Next time I'm in Aosta I hope to go back and stay. 🙂

Good location.

It was warm/stuffy in the room, but sleeping when sleeping with the window open, after a while it was fine. Adding a fan would be recommended.

Just stayed for one night and didn't order breakfast. Nice beds, nice shower, also nice balcony with amazing view! Not so close to downtown, but it was perfect for us since we could perfectly walk there and also to/from railway station, 'gondola lift' station to Pila, Aosta's swimming pool and Cidac supermarket. Also we had a treat with home-made cookies and sweets.
