We came back to stay for 3 nights after an impromptu 1 night stay 2 years ago - it was still as good as we remembered with all staff and facilities top notch. Could not be closer to the main streets and parking onsite - breakfast is also very good with a great selection for a smaller hotel 👍🏻

There is nothing to honestly dislike about this hotel - but do find it annoying that you have to reserve parking on a daily basis opposed to for your whole stay - our room on this stay may also have been a little smaller and also a little more tired than the one 2 years ago but still a nice place to stay

Nice room, check in was quick and the staff very friendly. The hotel is super close to the city center with bars and restaurants and shops, but in a side street so really calm which we appreciated. We had a lovely view of the town and mountains as well. The breakfast was absolutely amazing

The air condition seemed to work but didn’t really cool down the room much so it was quite stuffy. There was a slight sewers smell in the bathroom. Overall it didn’t bother us too much though - we had a good stay!

The hotel's location is just exceptional, 1 min from the town center, and for my money there was enough parking for the season, but I think there's a shortage of space in summer. All in all, we had a pleasant stay in Aosta. The breakfast is copious and well followed.

the spa was very clean and quiet, although the outdoor Jacuzzi should have been more "camouflaged" from the prying eyes of rooms with a direct view of it. Otherwise, the rest of the facilities, such as the sauna and hammam, were of a good size. We were 3 couples at the same time, and everyone was able to enjoy the facilities without getting in each other's way...

Great location in centre of town so access to shops, restaurants, bars and tourist sites of interest makes it very convenient for everything. We stay regularly and find the staff super helpful, friendly and professional. Comfortable beds. Breakfast is extensive, and there's always a selection of a few local cheeses, fresh fruit, sweet and savoury items: helpful breakfast staff too.

Can sometimes be a bit noisy with inconsiderate customers talking loudly in corridors, next door rooms, or if your room is just above the outdoor spa (people chatting and splashing loudly). Ask for a room higher up if you don't like noise! Parking can be quite full and is now charged.

Staff are most welcoming, and ready to assist for any request. Breakfast staff were also welcoming with a smile, and ready to assist for any request. Bedroom a nice size, and bathroom comfortable size also. Amenities available - ie shower gel, soap etc. Breakfast - fresh food, ample choice, fresh juice, and fruit.

The pillows were hard. Should have asked for an extra one !

1. Room was very small in fact the room itself was a bit bigger than the bathroom, however the bathroom was a bit larger than normal. Lucky for me i traveled alone, to be with someone in the same small room would be a disaster. 2. They sweeten the omlets with sugar at breakfast. Not only it is not tasty but what if the guest has diabetes? 3. TV didnt work...

Location was great. Hotel offered parking space , but there was also big parking lot near the hotel. Spa was good, you can reserve it by 25€/person just for yourself. There is Finnish sauna, turkish sauna and yacuzzi. There is also variety of massages available with extra price. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options.

I didn't take the massage, but saw the room and it would be better for the massage therapist if there would be electric massage table instead of wooden one. Not good for massage therapists ergonomics.

The staff were so kind. We were nervous travelling to Italy for the first time but the staff were so welcoming and reassuring. They helped us with parking, accessing gluten free food and enjoying our trip. The staff made our holiday so special. I am really grateful for their help.

The staff were amazing, and the hotel has private parking right out front. Breakfast was awesome, and our room had an amazing Mountain View.

Only slight complaint was that the bed wasn’t super comfy, it felt like the springs had gone in the middle. Other than that, everything was brilliant.

Location is exceptional, a block from a Main Street leading to the Roman ruins and other attractions, with lots of bars and restaurants. Less than 15 minute walk to station. Breakfast was excellent, wide selection of cereals, pastries, meats and cheese. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.
