We have been there before, the staff is very friendly but I got the impression that not maintenance or renewal works where done, now it looked like an old place to me

In general was ok, but I reported to the reception.that someone was knocking at our door very insistent at 7:30 am, i was alone with my kids and of course I first thought is a safe place, but actually whoever can entry from the street, they see plates from another country just in the parking of your individual chalet and they try. I think they need to improve on safety measures and also to have sone budget to keep the general rooms/hotels in a welcoming and nice concept (nordic) as developed at the beginning

Very tranquil but easy to locate from the motorway. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We stayed in a chalet which was very comfortable and the grounds were perfect to walk the dog.

There were no restaurants within walking distance so we had to drive to Aosta. The town was lovely but as a Brit driving in an Italian town was not pleasant. The only sockets in the room were for the kettle and it was hard to reach

Suited our needs as we were travelling with our dog so we had a chalet in the grounds which gave us the chance to step out of the door and be in a grassed area. Chalet seemed a little scruffy in places -but was very clean. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was well fitted out. The hotel is in a commercial/business area near very busy roads and raliway line passes the grounds so although photos illustrate a green setting it is in a busy place. However this was fine, we knew what to expect and chose it for the convenience for the dog. 10 minute drive into Aosta where there are loads of good restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was good and staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this chalet with my family for one night and we had a wonderful time. It’s very comfortable, located in a peaceful park surrounded by greenery. The breakfast was delicious, and there’s a great pizzeria nearby for dinner. Highly recommended!

The place felt magical surrounded by mountains and the view we had from our room was amazing. Also the front recwptionist Ivan was fantastic, providing us with alot of info and a nice chat. The lady in the kitchen was also very very nice. Highly reccomended

I personally found it difficult to find and if you take the wrong turn it can easily cost you 11 euros and 12 miles to get back where you was. I did it 3 times but it was a long day

Would have a liked a double bed for my children, rather than the foldable version.

Be we careful, the gps takes you passing the property (which is located right behind the restaurant) If you keep going you drive into a two way very thin and very high/dangerous road. Specially if you arrive at night like we did!

Our first stop on our tour of Italy (one night). The location of the hotel is anything but idyllic, but therefore very easily accessible (close to the highway and at the same time close to the center of the city of Aosta). The grounds are well maintained and you can park in front of your chalet (which is very handy). The chalets are not very spacious for 4 people, but very clean and equipped with everything you need. Our bed was good, the folding bed for the children a little less (according to our children...) Despite being close to a highway and a train track, it was very quiet in the chalet. In the morning we had one of the best/most enjoyable breakfasts during our holiday (very tasty cakes). However, the highlight of the stay was our host Davide. He immediately makes you feel at home, is super friendly, overflowing with energy and showed us around Aosta without being asked (which we really appreciated) Thank you Davide!

we like the position which even near a motorway and a train line still has a feel of a retreat in the mountains , a romantic location near an urban setting very convenient for driving between France and Italy as we travel from Umbria to the UK at least 2 or 3 times a year .
