We have rented 2 commodities for 2 families. The houses had enough space and they were clean. The host Andrea is very kind and you can ask her anything.

I didn't gave a 10 only because there was not a dishwasher and washing machine. They didn't advertise that it was in the houses so this is our fault.

Location and really spacious bedrooms. Very friendly and helpful manager who was lovely.

Ridiculously tiny fridge for a self catering property which sleeps 6. Totally inadequate. It was a good thing we had cold boxes with us. Also, no dishwasher ( my fault for not checking description) or washing machine available. Bike store (which was advertised) was inadequate too. It was just a neighbour’s old vegetable store with no power for charging e-bikes. We weren’t supposed to bring bikes through apartment to enclosed terrace area ( but we did).

It was a quiet place as I expected. The manager was a kind person. The lady who seems to oversee the property came over to my apartment to tell me I forget the alert light on. The apartment has an old style decoration that made me remind of my grandmother. I really liked it. The linen on top of the table and dresser where pristine cleaned and iron pressed. Towels and sheets were very clean. We had a snow shower and before I stepped out of the house it was mostly shoveled. Great Job!

I missed a toaster. I feel bad to turn on the oven to heat up the bread but that is not other way to do that.

Location

Stairs felt dangerous for little ones, would be handy if removable gates were to available to stop kids climbing. Complex could do with a shared washing machine. Sound insulation is poor, flooring is quite cold in winter.

Clean and spacious bedrooms and bathroom. very friendly and helpful staff, they let us check in much earlier without charge as we arrived in the morning after a long night drive from London with two young kids. Location was good, 5 mins from the cable cars to take you to the slopes and 5 mins drive to Aosta town center. The bus stop is right opposite which is handy if you don’t have a car.

The living space for 6 people was a bit small but we were staying in another apartment in the past and the living space was very good size, so maybe it’s just a case of asking for a different apartment.

Cosy and clean apartment in the stunning frame of the Alps. Lovely space outside very well kept. The owner is very helpful and reliable.

Just minor things, like some basic supplies like salt, sugar, or oil could be helpful

Location was some way out of Aosta so needed the car. Met by a very nice agency lady who was very helpful. Good location to get into the Alps with views of snow capped peaks from the gardens.

A number of apartments on the site and the owner was always looking/checking on our movements as whenever we went out of the door she seemed to be there!! Was over friendly perhaps?

Lovely apartments, very spacious and well equipped. Andrea was an absolutely incredible host. She went above and beyond for us during our stay, and was always available to message.

Comfortable accomodation with good facilities, a lovely setting and proximity to the town. Lovely hosts.

Tricky without a car as, although there is a bus stop, the schedule has infrequent service and the accommodation provides no kitchen condiments so everything must be brought with you.

Good location and spacious house, clean and full equiped. Confy beds. The host is quickly responsive if you have any question. The garden and the furniture outside can be used by guests. If you arrive in the low season the heating and the house was empty could take a little to warmth the house. Parking in front of the house.

Our house (Nr. 5) was directly on a busy street and loud with open windows or in the garden.
