The hotel is the perfect place for a holiday in Aosta. Room was big, clean and confortable with a mountain view. The staff were extremely friendly. The three female receptionists were exceptional, they were very kind, efficient, and extremely helpful. The hotel is very close to the city centre, with its beautiful touristic attractions, loads of great restaurants and cafes.The bus station and the train station (which currently is not operating), are 3 minutes. It is close to Pila, a mountain resort, and the Monte Bianco (Courmayeur), the Gran Paradiso (Cogne) and not more than an hour away by public transport which is very punctual and relatively cheap.

We really enjoyed our stay at OMAMA in Aosta. It’s a quirky hotel, but it works—fun design with a relaxed vibe. The rooms were a good size and comfortable, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful throughout our stay. The location was great too, with easy access to the town for walking and exploring. The hotel also had excellent secure bike parking, which was a big plus for us as cyclists. Each morning we could look out at the mountains, and one day a lively street market set up in the nearby lot, always fun to explore. Overall, an enjoyable place to stay in Aosta.

We loved this hotel! We had a family room and it was a good size, great bathroom with bath. Housekeeping was excellent, front of house staff was excellent. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel is in a great location - doesnt look like much in a way but it is close to the Ancient Roman city centre, the bus and train and the Aosta - Pila gondola. The hotel decor is fun, and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Unfortunately one of the beds was a sofa bed and it was like a hammock and really uncomfortable. The main bed was excellent however! For a family room - two single beds would be so much better

The location was just about perfect, quick walk to just about everything we needed. The parking was easy being free on a weekend, but the parking app made it pretty easy when we did need to pay for it. The communications about not parking in certain areas due to markets was clear and well communicated. I was able to fit our massive Audi Q8 into most of the car spaces in the area. Though I did need to set up the EasyPark app to be able to use the parking - I had a problem that it needed a phone number to send a verification code through and I didn't have a local phone number - the reception staff helped out by putting their number into the app for me and provided me the code sent through and everything worked easily. The water fountains in the hallways offer normal, chilled and even sparkling water on tap!

The usual gripe is other travelers' kids. Being a sort-of ski-town, it sounded like the kids upstairs were racing each other around the room in ski-boots at one point.

Centrally located, but at the same time quiet hotel belonging to the same group as Hotel Duca d'Aosta where we had stayed 2 weeks earlier. Innovative concept and colorful & fresh design throughout the hotel (rooms, elevators, lounge, lobby, facade) by Chicco Margaroli, a local artist. Our room had a decent size, including a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was good. Staff at reception was friendly and attentive.

The only caveat is the underground garage which is extremely narrow, and so it is very hard to park your car - even a compact-sized one. But this is a general problem in buildings constructed in the 60s....

This hotel was great for its location. We stayed for 5 nights while visiting family and would most definitely stay at this hotel again. It was about a 5 minute walk from the train station. It was right at the heart of the tourist district as well as all of the historical sights. An added bonus was the market that set up in the parking lot twice a week and on one day there was also a festival set up on the street in front of the hotel. Shopping and food choices were excellent and we bought excellent products and ate more than we should have! The hotel room was spacious and quiet at night for sleeping. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Water pressure for the shower was great. As the hotel was so close to everything we were able to return several times a day to drop off things, rest and get ready for dinner. The hotel does offer breakfast for a fee and although we didn't have breakfast there as we ate with family, the breakfast room was outside our hotel door and it smelled delicious. Of note, there was two doors separating our room from the hallway and it was great as we did not hear other guests.

We loved everything and will stay there again!

Outstanding design and lovely spacious rooms. The concept of the hotel is really something you don’t see every day. And they have an underground garage, that was important for me as I could park my motorcycle down there. With the elevator you can directly access the hotel and rooms from the garage. Also it is just outside of the old town and only a couple of minutes to walk. 👍🏻

Nothing at all. If in Aosta again, definitely the place to stay.

Hotel designed in a residential building by an interior decorator. The location is in the center. We liked the decoration of the room, the elevator and the breakfast room. The space is relatively small but arranged very nicely in my opinion. Clean. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Mountain view from the window. Good breakfast.

Parking is public and subject to payment. We had to move our car to 2 different locations.

The property is modern, clean and in a great location. Every member of the staff was great to work with and so helpful. We were only there overnight and did not have the breakfast. We did use their parking and it more than adequate. The room was laid out well and the bathroom had a tub. The only negative we found was that the mattress was quite stiff

- restaurant advices could have been more personal as we had asked suggestions for something family friendly and the receptionist just provided us a stamped list of venues which were quite upscale (excellent restaurants nonetheless)
