Room was clean and had everything I needed including A/C. Staff where very welcoming. Excellent location for arriving by bus, not far from Aosta Pila gonadal, and easy to get to shops and restaurants, Large underground garage to store bike. (Just bring your own lock)

Not really a negative, but it would have been nice if the garage had a wall or floor anchor for chaining bikes to, for a little bit more peace of mind. But the garage felt very secure.

There wasn't anything particularly negative about my stay - I guess if they did breakfast that would be a bonus, but in truth I left so early I probably wouldn't have been able to have it anyway!

Excellent location, with a short walk to the town centre, the roman ruins, and the cable car up the mountain. Excellent for a summer trip for hiking, and I presume would be also very good for skiing in the winter. Very nice staff.

The mattresses could do with replacing, but not too bad. Very little negative to say.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed, very clean and parking just outside. Staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. No breakfast but they recommended a nice cafe about 75m away.

Very little sound insulation between rooms and corridor. Water pressure for shower was low sometimes.

Great location: 15 min walk from the gondola, 5 min from town. Rooms were a good size, clean, and bathroom was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful, let us keep our bags there during the day and our skis overnight. Even put all 3 of our rooms on same floor!

The location was very good, though Aosta is a small city, you're at 5 mimutes from central streets. The staff was very kind and the room confortable. Perhaps the bed and the pillow weren't the best ones, but it could be owing to my personal sensibility about this ponit...anyway, at last the price was excellent and I can do my endorsment to this hotel

Staff was nice and helpful, room was decent and good for the price. Location close to the train and bus station was convenient.

Nothing in particular. Maybe the location, which is convenient for transport, isn’t in the nice or historic part of town (which is only a few minutes walk away because small town), but the convenience was the priority for us.

Very nice family hotel really close to the bus/train station, 5 minute walk from the main street of the old town and a perfect little room for my stay in Aosta. Also gave great suggestions for local restaurants and other sights.

The receptionist ran out to the parking at my arrival, directed me running to the parking garage. A breakfast would have made my stay perfect.
