Every single aspect of it. This is a great hotel and ticked every box for mine and my daughters needs. Location for Pila is ideal and so straightforward,along with plenty of parking. Every member of staff were incredibly polite,courteous and very helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean,rooms are big and have everything you need.Bottled water and coffee were topped up everyday(you certainly don’t get that in some more expensive hotels!),breakfast is excellent with an enormous selection. Great leisure facilities after a good days boarding. Simply brilliant.

Room is large and comfortable, good location, plenty of parking, nice coffee machine in room (though we had nothing to stir it with!). Employees were very friendly and helpful! Lovely view off our balcony.

We bought the breakfast as an extra but to be honest, it was not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. We do not eat pork and there were no non-pork breakfast meats, the croissants were soggy (croissants should be flaky), the juices tasted like they were powder mixes not fresh juice, eggs looked really unappetizing. For a hotel of this rating, I would expect a much better offering - this reminded me of a continental breakfast style at American motels, not a quality hotel breakfast.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Reception and most staff very friendly

Steps. The gentleman at reception on leaving less than friendly. The main course (veal on polenta.) the veal was cooked nearly to extinction. Served on a heap of stodgy polenta (probable reheated in av microwave and had no flavour) and covered in a jus/sauce b( if you could call it that) which appeared to be salt based with a beef colouring. When the very efficient maitre D saw we could not eat it he asked ‘was it the salt? No self respecting chef should have let it escape the kitchen.

Room size is OK BUT the bathroom size is too small - was not able to open the door and reach the toilet/bidet properly :) Clean room, thank you for the cleaning service. Great location, the view is perfect.

TOO POOR breakfast: there were no vegetables at all - this is not the 4* breakfast choice for sure. On Sunday we had a breakfast at 9:30 - there were no eggs, no pancakes, no sausages already and they did not bother to add food for people.

Location is great, as it's in the newer part of Aosta, easy to find, large car park, spacious rooms. Sauna was great too. The Staff were all very happy and helpful. It allows dogs and there was a cute old Black Labrador that was often chilling out on a dog bed in reception. The hotel TheraPet :-)

A steam room normally has menthol steam, this one did not. WiFi seemed a bit slow

When I booked this hotel I thought I’d have further to walk to get into central Aosta but it turned to be closer to town than I thought. Aosta itself has bags of Roman history so worth exploring. I’d be happy to stay here again.

A couple of disappointments. Firstly the restaurant was closed in the evening. Secondly the car park got pretty full though we did manage to park. Finally it had an EV charger but that didn’t work for me. That was a shame but I managed to charge in town at a pretty decent price so I didn’t have a problem.

Gorgeous views, lovely sized rooms and very helpful staff. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection, but not huge, however for the price it was pretty good value. The lifts are not for the faint hearted 😂 EV Charger - absolute bonus!

Bathrooms were lovely and clean but could do with modernisation to match the rest of the hotel, but this is a really minor thing

Lovely, friendly atmosphere. The restaurant and bar were great and very good value for money. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location was good - only a 10-15 minute walk from the centre. On-site parking, and we loved how it was dog friendly- our chihuahua Diego had a great time!

Some of the furniture in the room was a bit dated. Also, the sound proofing in the rooms wasn’t the best - we could hear everything going on in the room above us.

The hotel was well-located, not too far from Aosta. We had a car, so it was easy to get in and out: the parking was available and we never had a problem finding a spot. We enjoyed the room and the cleanliness. Overall, I would recommend this place, it was low-key and easy.

While we loved all the dogs in the reception area, it should be made more clear in the description so that people with allergies or phobias can take notice. We had no problem with it, and it was unique.

Room was wonderful, spacious and well appointed. The selection at breakfast was not large but enough for every taste. Staff were really wonderful, very friendly and kind with kids.

Outdoor pool was okay, but not enough sun beds. Nowhere to place your things near the indoor pool
