the fact that it was very near to the city centre, had a great buffet for breakfast. The staff was very nice, polite and very helpful. Really good value 👏

the only defect was that the sachets they provided for Shappoo/shower gel, only two for two people, so one each, were very small and miserable. You couldn't even manage, after washing your hair and face, to wash the rest of the body. That was the only downside. We had to buy our own showe gel from a supermarket. A part from that, for the rest, was really good. We had a brilliant stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel in Aosta.

We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel. The staff / hosts were exceptionally helpful and always available to assist with any requests, making our experience truly enjoyable. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Considering the prime location, the hotel offered great value for money. It was close to all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and comfort at an affordable price.

Breakfast was outstanding. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Comfy bed & pillows. Located in old town just a short walk from the bus/railway stations. Someone helpful always on reception.

Rooms feel abit dark & old because of the paint colour but they are cool on a hot day, comfortable & very clean. It looks like there’s is a doorbelll at front entrance to let you in but you have to go around the back of the hotel to find reception.

Spacious room and bathroom, shower was exceptional, spacious and high pressure. Hotel is ideally situated with there own parking and easy access to the main areas for restaurants and bars. Excellent breakfast and underground parking worth every penny as parking nearby is definitely a premium.

Only downside was some early and late noise in the central courtyard shared with surrounding business's but it was no big deal.

Extremely friendly staff that provided excellent service in every possible way. They really accomodated my disabled wife. Also one of the best locations in Aosta very close to the Porto (Roman Gate). The room was good sized and the bathroom was huge and the shower had great water pressure which is increasingly difficult to find. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting the Roman sites in Aosta. Just recommend you call ahead as there is a bit of information they need before you can bring your car to the hotel garage.

Everything was excellent. If I had to pick one thing, the parking situation could be be spelled out a little better in the welcome email.

The location was great for walking to shopping. The rooms were clean & the staff were super! Breakfast was very nice.

The room was quite warm so we slept with the windows open— but it was very noisy outside until 2am (people talking loudly— maybe because it was a weekend night?) Fans would have been helpful.

Great location. The furniture is a little bit outdated but the price you pay for the room is fair. Great value for money. Excellent breakfast. The staff is very helpful and I really appreciated that they waited for me half an hour after checkin time. I had been there before, and I will definitely return.

You couldn’t ask for a better located hotel. Go out of the front door and a Roman wall faces you. Walk along the wall for 100m and you are in the Main Street. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is extremely well maintained by them and their staff. The breakfasts are amazing.

Wonderful hotel. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. Good, reasonably priced parking can be booked. Pets are welcome free of charge. The breakfast included in the price is fabulous - bacon and eggs, croissants, pastries, cereal, yoghurt, the list is endless. Can't recommend highly enough.
