We booked last minute due to our car braking down on the way back to the UK and had to be written off. Upon hearing our plight, the reception staff were amazing. We had recommendations for meals, bus services and arranged taxis for us. The decoration is a little dated however, we had a clean room for a family of four, which was comfortable and just what we needed. The views are spectacular from every window, which was a bonus. We didn't have time to use the pool facilities, but if we returned, we would. The continental breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and accommodating no matter what they were doing. Kindness goes a long way and is at the heart of this hotel. 5 stars from us! Grazie mille.

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and even provided when I was leaving very early.

I was surprised that my bicycle could not be in the room with me yet I was provided with a very dusty trolley to take all my bags to the room and it was allowed in the room. It even came complete with a spider that I had to kill. The price is very high for the quality of the rooms, but this is a very expensive area so probably standard.

Unusual shaped hotel which meant the room was an odd shape too. But the room was fine and the bed comfy and the shower was excellent. There was an excellent breakfast buffet with all sorts of goodies. Free parking with plenty of room. Access to all floors by lift. Great views of the surrounding mountains

Need a car as the hotel was about a 15 minute drive into Aosta

I stayed here for a break on my long drive home from Nice. The staff were terrific, the room very spacious and the bed very big. The bathroom was also a good size and spotlessly clean. The swimming pool was excellent - being full length rather than the small pools one usually finds in hotels. The breakfast was good and plentiful; I was asked several times if I would like more coffee, so I was well looked-after.

The pool was not only for the hotel guests, but they held classes for people from the outside. It was crowded and loud.

The staff at the hotel went out of their way to have everything prepared for our arrival. They help you with everything you may need. The customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend for a stay in Aosta.

Inside needs an upgrade to freshen it up a little.

Ventilation is loud, do not forget to switch it off during your sleep. Swimming pool area has so much potential to be a charming spa, just needs update and renovation.

We loved the hotel. Our room was massive and the breakfast was lovely.

There is nothing that I didn’t like. The decor is quirky but it does nothing to take away from the lovely experience from the really nice staff and the excellent service we got.

Luca was incredibly helpful and friendly - he made us feel very welcome and he was very accommodating.

That we didn't have the opportunity to stay for a second night.

Nice, large, family room with comfortable beds. Great views from the roof terrace. Good, varied buffet breakfast.

Public areas & central staircase a bit tired - it's a big old hotel & it would be an expensive massive carpet to replace. So probably works out well that this is reflected in lower rates.
