We stayed for one night en route to France (before the Mont Blanc tunnel) and were thoroughly impressed! This charming family-run chalet offers warm hospitality and excellent service. Claire, our host, was incredibly kind, dynamic, and well-organized—everyone treated us with genuine warmth and courtesy. Our room was spacious, quiet, and had a beautiful view—exactly what we needed after a long drive. The breakfast was a highlight: generous, delicious, and full of high-quality local products. Plenty of parking space was another plus. Despite its convenient location (right off State Road 26 and close to the motorway), the chalet maintains a peaceful atmosphere. Don’t hesitate to book here—you’ll want to return!

Lovely owner and one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Completely individual with real character and charm. The beds were incredibly comfortable with excellent high quality bedding . Breakfast was a joy! Local products and attention to detail everywhere. Beautiful part of Italy too.

Could hear the guy next room talking, bad luck, never experienced a guy can talk so long, non stop. We paid the tourist tax (to the student receptionist) when we checked in as we said we could just leave in the morning. However, in the morning at the car park, when we were preparing to leave, a lady from the hotel, asked about the tourist tax. It was a bit embarrassing...but no big issue.

The interior of the hotel is very characteristic of the Valle d'Aosta region—excellent location along the road. Very high comfort level - thank you!

There were some misunderstandings at the check-in due to the lack of personnel at 6 PM, but fortunately, they were well-solved through direct phone calls. However, in 4* hotels we would expect attended check-in.

The location is nice. Close to Aosta and Chamonix too. Good value for the price.

The parking can be tricky if you have longer car. If there are more bigger cars in the parking is not possible to park between them.

Best breakfast ever. Lot’s of homemade jams cookies etc.Staff great. We asked to store a couple of bags and the staff were very accommodating. Afternoon self check-in was seamless. Notable interior hand carved joinery. Comfotable beds. Central and easy to find. Great take off point for hiking. Good parking. Great value for money. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again

The staff was very receptive to our requests. The location was excellent, enabling us to go around the area very easily. Parking was available free of charge. The rooms had all the facilities we needed with a balcony overlooking the mountains.

The rooms were slightly warm and we had to keep the door to the balcony open for fresh air.

Very good breakfast. The room was very comfortable and spacious enough. Friendly staff with some nice personal touches such as the welcome message on arrival.

The traffic noise even during the night was surprisingly loud.

First of all the general feel is very home-y, yet you're in a 4-star hotel. Everything is clean, staff is warm and helpful. Super comfy king size bed, room very spacious. There's a mini fridge. Room has beautiful art on the walls, very unique. Balcony with a view, I believe each room has one. Great breakfast, with high quality flavored yogurt, nuts, cereals, hard boiled eggs, cheese, ham, bread, pineapple, jams, fresh pastries, cakes, they make you coffee. Even though it's not in city center I still think it's a great location cause it's only 12 minutes from the lift, and it's right off the main road. Enough parking space. Fantastic communication before arrival, with photos, videos, restaurant recommendations, to make your arrival easy and your stay beyond expectations. You end up not wanting to leave!

I would have loved to have an outdoor jacuzzi for after a long ski day (they do have a private spa for an extra charge). Otherwise it's a real pearl :)

The place looks like from a fairytale. Enchanting decorations, all wood, very cosy. Although we never met her (only texted on whatsapp) the owner is super nice and communicative. She gave us some nice recommendations for restaurants around.

The person who was at the front desk (not the owner) when we arrived wasn't very inviting. She didn't even smile, simply gave us the key and attented to her things. In other words, we had no no to talk to and ask for recommendations in person during our entire stay (we wanted to know where we can hike...). Also, breakfast is nice but lacks fresh vegetables - most things are sweets.
