The Family Suite was roomy and comfortable. There is plenty of room for a family of four and the room is on two levels. You will also want to book the spa for an hour. It was fantastic. The jetted pool, steam room, and sauna were so relaxing. The hotel is on the main street in Saint Vincent within walking distance to fine restaurants. It is about an hour drive to many beautiful locations including Cogne and Lago D'arpy. Aosta is only a thirty minute drive on the backroads so you can avoid the toll road. This place is the perfect basecamp for exploring the Aosta Valley.

It was a wonderful stay

The location is superb, right in the heart of St. Vincent. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of hot and cold options. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and ideal for three people—essentially two rooms combined into one, complete with two bathrooms.

Although we had two bathrooms, both lacked storage space, and it wasn’t possible for two people to shower simultaneously due to fluctuating water temperature. In the suite where our friends stayed, there was no place to hang towels, which was inconvenient.

The location is very good, both for Saint Vincent (walking distance from everything, good restaurants nearby, supermarket, and public parking in front of and behind the hotel for 1.2 euro per hour - but we parked in the morning 1 hour paid up front for breakfast, and at the evening after 20:00 it's free) and for all other area attractions (50 min from Cervinia ski, horses riding and more, and less the an hour from Aosta valley and QC Spa Saint DIder) great ! Breakfast is great!

The water on the shower was sometime cold (depend on the time of the day)

- There is a 24/7 reception. This came in very handy since we our flight was delayed and we arrived very late. - The location of Saint Vincent is excellent for those travelling in Aosta valley and even as far as Turin. - The hotel is located just at the end of a ZTL street. Within a short walking distance there are numerous cafes, diners, pizzerias, patisseries, grocery stores and more. Some of the eating places are open late, for those who want to eat out, or simply have some coffee. - The breakfast and the dining room are excellent, with a large variety: eggs, cheeses, bacon, sausages, yogurts, granola, hot and cold drinks, pastries and much more. - The staff is friendly and helpful.

- There is no parking place in the hotel itself. The hotel offers a parking garage for 4 euros a night, upon request, at a short walking distance. However, there is parking in nearby streets, and more distant parking places. Also, very near to the hotel is a small parking area that is free for electric/hybrid cars. We found space there every night. - The hot water pressure in the shower isn't strong. We stayed on the 5th floor. Not a deal breaker, of course. - On Saturday's and Sunday's church bells are heard nearby, and if you are a light sleeper it might bother you. - The hotel does not offer dinner, but there are ample options to eat out nearby.

Everything was excellent at this hotel. Professional staff were always available. The room was newly decorated, well furnished and very comfortable. The bathroom was gleaming with a good range of toiletries available to choose from. I appreciated the complimentary coffee available in the spacious lounge area near the reception. The breakfast was outstanding. The location was very good.

There was nothing to fault. Initially I didn’t understand how to work the lift, but a member of staff assisted me with this.

The hotel’s location was excellent, right at the entrance to Saint Vincent's main street, making it easy to explore the area on foot. There’s a supermarket just down the street for any essentials, and the hotel offered a great breakfast at a reasonable price. The rooms were modern, spacious, and well-suited to the atmosphere of the area. The staff was very helpful and responsive to all our needs.

There were no major issues during our stay.

Nice and clean rooms, shower in bath not very comfi, airco was working well, it was too hot for spa or fitness, carpark nearby was good, would not recommend hotel’s restaurant; there are enough nice restaurants in Saint -Vlncent that offer better food. Breakfast was good.

Part of main walking strip with many restaurants to choose from. Large bedroom, modern bathroom with grand shower, balcony overlooking the main street, lovely breakfast area.

Personnel speaking French when addressed in English or Italian makes it a bit staged. Parking is short walk close by, but annoying if you forget something in your car or are in a rush. Pool/Spa access expensive & complicated compared to others.

Loved the location easy to get public transport as bus stop in front of hotel. At the time of year we visited it was a quiet village atmosphere, not crowded. This was a 1 night stay for us after completing the Alpine crossing from Zermatt to Cirvinia and St Vincent was worth the extra bus ride. Thanks

No suggestions for improvement

Lovely little hotel, great location, we used it as a drop off towards heading to the mountains for the week end and to explore. Room was a good size and well presented.

The spa wasn’t brilliant and expensive for all four of us as a family to go. The lighting was so dark and once the floor was wet it was incredibly slippery. Several people fell over.
