We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The property is stunning, impeccably maintained, and designed for comfort, with cozy beds and an excellent shower that made every moment relaxing. One highlight was the delicious cappuccino served at breakfast—truly a morning treat! What stood out most, however, was the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the staff. From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with smiles and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Stefan was incredibly helpful, checking webcams each morning to recommend the best places to explore. Veronica and Alessandro also provided valuable tips that made our trip even more memorable. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Stefan, Veronica, Elisa, Alessandro, and the entire team. A very friendly staff with great breakfast included. Plenty of free parking at the hotel and just across the road. Beautiful view from the room window.

Breakfast times are 7:00-9:00 which is a bit short for someone arriving late at the hotel after a long drive or flight.

This property is beautifully situated in the valley. It is out of the town centre and somewhat of a country feeling but close to the town if you need to get to it quickly. Only a few minutes away. The main reason we stayed in this area was to visit the mountains and the national park. The hotel was perfectly situated for this. If we ever come to this area again, we will hopefully book this beautiful hotel again.

This is a beautiful hotel well appointed. The rooms were a good size. Very very clean and comfortable. The breakfast were excellent, and the staff for all was very helpful and cheerful.

Very nice hotel in the village just outside of Aosta. Very clean, good breakfast and extremely friendly personnel who helped us with good tips for hiking and finding / booking restaurants. The Spa and relax area is modern, well kept and very beautiful and protected. There is a wonderful view over the valley mountains from both the Hotel and the Sauna-relax-area.

The beds were a bit too hard for me, but I got an extra blanket to soften it, which helped.

The property is just outside the near city if Aosta in a suburb called Pollein. The hotel is well located to tKe the gondola to Pila for skiing. The facilities and rooms were good, and the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful.

There could have been more parking at the front of the hotel - there is a new restaurant below the hotel ( whjch is very good) which meant if that parking was full we had to park across the street- but it was nt hugely inconvienient

Beautiful hotel! Only stayed there one night but wish we could stay longer. Comfortable and clean room, had everything we needed - the stunning view from our window in the morning was a super bonus. Rich and tasty breakfast. *Extra points for the wonderful staff we met in the morning, especially the girl helping with breakfast- so sweet and polite. Well done!! Even the restaurant on the ground floor, although it doesn't belong to the hotel, was really convenient to visit when we arrived at night time (and the food delicious!), so added to the experience. All perfetto 👌🏼

We loved everything. Very well located a short distance from AOSTA town. The reception was very welcoming. The rooms (we were two couples) were large and very clean. Seems like the property was recently refurbished as all was as expected. There was a lot of choice for breakfast with amazing sweets. The pancakes and pistachio croissants were my extreme favourites. Cannot end this review without mentioning the staff at reception and breakfast. They were all so courteous and helpful. Especially when we asked for help about the places we wanted to visit and places to eat.

Nothing. However we would recommend a small safe in the room. We weren't very comfortable running around with our passports and extra cash.

The staff was absolutely amazing, very helpful and nice. The whole of the property was very clean and provided a comfortable and safe environment. The room was spacious and definitely a great deal for the price. The breakfast buffet was a bigger than expected. Not too far from the city center with a nuce parking lot.

I would have liked a slightly thicker blanket, however it was not tragic given the adjustable heating/air conditioning in the room.

Impeccably clean and super friendly service

The room was in the front facing the street. We could definitely hear street noise, but at a reasonable level. We thought it would be in a more natural setting. It wasn't. Also, if you didn't pay for the spa, you could not access the garden and view from behind. That was probably the worst thing, and really pointless. Especially since all the pictures were of the garden and view. All we wanted to do was enjoy a drink and admire the view. Not cool

We had a good stay at Diana. The room was spacious and clean with minibar, air conditioning, beautiful view of the mountains. Everything you need is there. The hotel staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace with a pleasant selection. There is a good restaurant attached to the hotel, so after dinner you just have to go upstairs to your room. Everything is highly recommended.

The street in front of the house is a bit noisy.
