The location was the best you could ask for. Being at the mountain and starting your day skiing out of your hotel is the way to go and not have to drive up or take the lift for 30 minutes. The hotel staff was beyond friendly. They all put on little skits and dance for the holidays in the lobby for the guests. I speak very little Italian and the staff speaks English well which helps for someone that is not well versed yet in Italian. All of the guests staying there were very friendly as well. I was traveling alone and they all seemed to reach out and be welcoming also. I will most likely be heading back there in a few weeks if I can book a room.

Great views from the window, very warm place and great location.

Paid the fee for the entertainment for an adult and a child even though the staff could not speak any good English. Was not good for English speaking guests. The cleaning could be improved.

Perfect location for skiing. great for all levels skiing, slopes prepared every morning and the views are breathtaking

daily and evening activities set by the staff to keep everyone active and together were a nice addition that made the place feel like a large family :)

Everyone staying was Italian. Didn't bother me at all but some people like to be among other Brits I suppose

it was very close to the piste so could pretty much ski in and out. it had a cosy little bar, good breakfast choice and lovely waiting and reception staff, really kind and professional and they totally made the stay!! they swapped our tiny room at the beginning for something bigger and more comfortable.

The rooms were very basic, the double was a twin pushed together and the beds were quite hard, even in our more comfy second room. The radiator wouldn’t turn off in the bathroom so it was on full blast all the time and boiling but ok if you kept the bathroom door shut! The walls and door were very thin and the door hardly shut so you could hear everything going on especially in the corridors.

The dinner buffet was amazing, so many different types of food. It was an interesting building, and the staff were very helpful - also very close to the slopes!

When I arrived there was mold in our bedroom, but the staff were helpful and moved us to a nicer room. I also didn't like that we were charged an extra 5 euros a day each for the club esse pass - i feel this should just be built into the cost of the room.

Buffet breakfast was good, nice variety of food. Room was excellently placed for the ski and boot room, just a couple of doors down. Staff were very helpful.

The toilet was broken, which meant a constant running water sound all night, and it didn't flush properly. The hotel did send maintenance out, but they didn't seem able to fix it. There was also rather a lack of electric plug sockets in the room.

Good location for the slopes. Fair value

Food wasn't bad but not to everyones taste.
