The hotel is in a perfect location to ski in and out and once you get used to how the restaurant system works then it's really quite easy. Half board worked very well for us as a family and the hotel made a great effort for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. There is a ski school located in the hotel, along with hiring options, but there is another ski school just up from the hotel and plenty of ski hire options in Pila.

The rooms were very hot so had to open the windows all the time. Also, the decor/rooms could do with some upgrading but that did not impact our stay.

The location is perfect, with the ski rental and storage at the hotel. The small pool and sauna were an added bonus. The choices of dishes and food generally were excellent, although the sitting arrangement was a bit confusing at first. Great coffee and cakes!

Rooms are very hot. Some of the arrangements are confusing..g. you cannot pay by card at the bar. We did not realise when booking that the half board does not allow us to purchase all you can ski package, I wish it was clearer as we would have selected it. It was cost prohibitive to upgrade later

Location directly on the slopes! Excellent food. All staff was very kind and helpful.

The facility is quite tired and requires an update / refurbishment. The pool area is small too. It would be nice if the property could add a game room open all the time, with table tennis, football etc similar to TH Sestriere. Game room is open only for a few hours and not before or after dinner, which is a pity as it could allow extra entertainment options. The restaurant area is a bit noisy in the evening, but food is excellent and plenty.

Location, food, restaurant staff

Reception staff was not willing to give any information and only referred us to the app or to the tourist office. They are in urgent need for training not to compromise an otherwise good experience. The noise in the restaurant was too loud

Perfect location, convenient ski rental and lockers located in the same building, helpful stuff, easy airport transportation arrangements. Food was great!

A bit tired interiors, noisy breakfast and dinner areas (almost impossible to have conversations)

The food was absolutely amazing, the room was cozy and comfortable and of course the ski location was perfect. The boot room and ski hire were great and made everything very easy.

The dining room gets far too busy. Just getting up from your table to get your food was a bit effort, having to get past people and battle your way through the crowds. This was a real shame as the food was really good and the staff were lovely. Unfortunately the space is just too small for so many people- perhaps sittings would be better?

Rooms a little dated and the payment process at the bars is an utter mess. Why can’t they link to your on record CC or even allow CC payments.

Location on ski piste so you and family can come and go as you please

Room was small for 3 people and no kettle or any way to warm water. Everything is in an app so if you want to use the facilities like sauna and pool , you have to book through the app..

The staff were very helpful and made everything easy. And the food was very good. We had a different choice every night.

Great location for ski in and out. Food was good and makes life easy, particularly with kids

Rooms could be cleaned better. The bunk beds in the rooms should be fitted with bed rails to prevent kids from falling off.
