Casa Terzerie is absolutely fantastic - a beautiful and lovely place. The historic building is completely secluded and is the perfect place to relax. The property is fantastically beautiful and by far one of the most beautiful places in Italy. The pool is huge and the room is large and clean. The breakfast with local products on the terrace is excellent. Francesca is a perfect host, friendly, with a big heart and has lot of good tips for the area. Thank you for everything - we will come back soon.

What a wonderful "find" .. what a wonderful choice I made on that day. Casa Terzerie was the highlight of our vacation. We needed to find a location in southern Tuscany on the way back to Rome. And this turned out to be the most perfect choice. The king size bed was very comfortable the bathroom had everything we needed including a very nice shower with good temperature and water pressure! Two very nice local restaurants were within a 5-minute "easy‐drive" and the following morning's breakfast was wonderful. Francesca wanted to scramble eggs or make whatever we needed, but her Buffet had everything we like. Francesca is so warm and so friendly and so welcoming that she enhanced our holiday. She was able to allow us to use her Cottage. It was a very special stop. We will return again and next time for a much longer stay. She even connected with us prior to our arrival - to ensure we understood the directions and how to access her gate.

I can't think of anything that we didn't like. If I was to force myself to find something that was not perfect .. it might be that the TV, (which we typically watch for maybe 30 minutes to get the weather,) was not connecting to the cable/satellite on that evening. But this was clearly not a problem - we checked out the weather on our cell phones, which had an excellent connection to their Wi-Fi

Casa Terzerie exceeded our expectations times 100. We came to Tuscany for a wedding and stayed just down the road. We planned to leave Tuscany right after the wedding to explore more of Italy but last minute booked a room at Casa Terzerie and immediately wished we stay there the whole time we were in Tuscany. Francesca was so warm and welcoming. She gave us great advice and even made dinner reservations for us. The entire time we were there we felt like we were staying at home. We will definitely be back!

The property is beautiful so many areas to relax and the pool is wonderful. The rooms are well equipped and charming. The room and bathroom were spacious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. Francesca was an amazing host that made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. There is a little restaurant right down the lane that we ate dinner at which is super convenient. I highly recommend this property if you are going to a wedding in the area or looking for a beautiful spot in Tuscany.

Casa Terzerie is absolutely beautiful!! The views are amazing, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean, and breakfast was fresh. Our host Francesca was amazing and very helpful to us during our entire stay, I can’t say thank you enough

Everything about our stay at Casa Terzerie was exceptional, starting with the warm and very personable Francesca who greeted us and took care of us like family. The property is historical and immaculate, with modern and well-designed features. If you are in this area, you have to trust the reviews - this is a beautiful and interesting option, especially if you need extra bedrooms. The history of the property is cool...Francesca will tell you all about it. While this location is very remote from major cities, the local town and villages / villas up on the Tuscan hills make it a very special location. We had an amazing dinner in a restaurant that Francesca personally set up. If we are ever back in that part of Italy, Casa Terzerie will be our first option for sure.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Casa Terzerie! Francesca was a lovely host and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. She was easy to reach via WhatsApp whenever we had questions or needed some local recommendations. The property itself is a dream! There are beautiful herbs and plants scattered throughout. The pool area was the perfect spot to cool off in the afternoon and connect with friends and other guests. Our room was perfect and comfortable. The shared living area was such a treat as well! There are lots of cozy areas where you can relax and admire the art or read one of their books. Francesca prepared a lovely breakfast each morning with freshly made croissants, fruit and more! We would highly recommend Casa Terzerie for anyone looking for the perfect Tuscan getaway!

We had some slight trouble connecting our phones/tablets to the wi-fi but this is not the fault of Casa Terzerie! The town area is a bit remote and so the wi-fi signal in the area is not strong overall. This did not bother us at all since we were still able to use our cellular data when needed! Just something to keep in mind if you are traveling for work.

The owner Stefano&Francesca were lovey and very helpful. The room was spacious &clean, we enjoyed the mountain views through all the windows from our room. Large swimming pool, great breakfast, sweet dog, birds singing…etc, so many charm there. Highly recommended!

That was our fault…we didn’t hire the car. Although it could have been impossible to go anywhere without a car, the kind owners gave us a lift and picked up us so we didn’t have much trouble. However we will go there with our own car, which will give us more flexibility for our stay.

Our stay at Casa Terzerie was wonderful! The country house is beautiful and not difficult to reach, and our room was decorated very nicely, was clean and comfortable! Francesca and her husband made us feel like home and were great hosts - we are looking forward to returning soon!
