Loved that it’s close to the beach. We’ve arrived 30 minutes before the check in time and they gave us a better room - that’s was nice. View from the balcony to the trees was very nice.

The breakfast had products of not the best quality, we haven’t really enjoyed anything, just yogurt (nice that had a vegan one) and granola , the coffee I couldn’t even drink - but tarts just for my taste. Didn’t like the fact that there was a list of things you have to pay extra for, which getting on the check in felt like the place isn’t guests oriented, but making extra money oriented. To have 2 extra hours in the room costs 50% of the day rate - as someone who worked in hospitality I didn’t like receiving that on the check in list. In my opinion it should be personalized. Spa area was nice. In the morning house keeping started to clean the rooms and you could hear them screaming to each other inside the room - it felt like a luck of respect to guests.

The Pool was amazing as was the Spa. However, they really don't tell you about the spa, which is a miss. Had we not met someone who told us about it and brought us there, we would have missed it entirely. The two small bottles of water every day were a nice touch.

The room we had really was tiny, the picture did not really show how small it is. Having said that, we did not spend much time there, but they could have put two chairs and a small table on the postage stamp balcony and it would have been nice.

Location was perfect with free on site safe parking . Breakfast was really good The spa was very relaxing

There were clear signs indicating that bathing caps were mandatory in the spa area, so we bought them from the hotel. However, we noticed several people using the spa without head coverings, and no one seemed to be monitoring it. I think the hotel should do a better job of enforcing this rule.

Superb breakfast, top class spa area, large outdoor swimming pool which was never busy, comfortable bed, clean and professionally run hotel

In a room near us, the people had a dog, which was barking very early every morning. We think it was being left in the room whilst the owners went for breakfast. It completely eliminated the possibility of us being able to sleep on undisturbed.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, comfortable parking garage so that our car didn`t have to stay outside in the heat, great spa and especially the large swimming pool which was never too crowded, very well maintained and really relaxing ! We also liked the food in the restaurant very much and found the staff extremely attentive and customer-oriented. For us it was a wonderful week of relaxation and we had a great time !

The indoor hot springs and spa are very nice! Two saunas, one steam bath, another sort of steam bath, 2 hot water large tubs (one with little shoulder-neck message jet streams), one kneipp path and another large tub with hydro massages. Water and tisanes for free. The breakfast has a good assortment.

The shower box is small and the position of the shower jet is uncomfortable. Same thing for the toilet paper holder (positioned too much backward). The general feeling of the hotel is an old (fascist) building.

fantastic spa with many different bathing/spa experiences, they allowed us to use it for free (better call), great breakfast buffet with home made pastries and tuscan bacon to tge eggs. no nearby restaurants in evening in winter, but 10 min drive to biier stadel. but very affordable off seasin. perfect hub for visting local attractions (grosset, roselle, maremma)

The breakfast was awesome! It had many many varieties and very good. The staff attending to the guests during breakfast was very friendly, attentive and helpful too.

The location of TV in the room was inconvenient. It was fixed on the wall on the side of the bed which made us keep our head turned to watch the TV and caused neck pain! It should be fixed on the wall in the front of the bed.

We had a memorable experience staying at this hotel. Although it took around 30 minutes to reach the hotel from Grosseto train station by bus, the journey was pleasant and well worth it. The check-in process was efficient and hassle-free, allowing us to settle in quickly. The highlight of our stay was the spa, which provided a much-needed relaxation after all our travelling. . Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the beach was a major plus. Our room was comfortable and provided a peaceful retreat.

It was disappointed with the use of plastic cups and bowls during breakfast. It would be better to use proper ceramic options. It is understandable the tables should be clean during breakfast time for turn around however we found a cleaner with a cleaning trolley to be inappropriate for this specific rating hotel. 2 / 2

This hotel is beautiful. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help. The spa is beautiful. The breakfast is good. The pool is beautiful too. Steps from the beach. There is a small store on the way to the beach that has many essentials... lotion, souvenirs, towels, etc.

Payment for the towels for the beach was a little unexpected. I've not experienced payments for towels at hotels before.
