ROOM We lived in a new room and you could smell that everything was new. The room door is made of glass and you can enjoy a view of Tuscan fields. POOL the pool was of normal size and clean. There are two types of sunbeds. A nice green lawn surrounds it. BREAKFAST The breakfast was quite rich! They had fruit, salty things, and even SALMON. A wide choice of drinks. Honey mmm

BREAKFAST Even if the breakfast was wonderful, we would like to see more sweets like cakes with fruit or something you expect to see in an agriturismo. Unfortunately, sweets were a bit of a letdown. ATTENTION ! The local restaurant. Unfortunately, we didn't like anything we tried and the only good thing was bread...but they serve you just 3 slices cut into 2 and that's why you have to ask for helpings several times and pay for every.

Fantastic resort where we've stayed in a large apartment made for 4 people over two level. Receptionist staff was great, letting us checked-in well in advance and called us immediately after booking was made. Amenities, cleanliness and breakfast were top quality with a very good price in this cottage in a remote area of Ruscany surrounding by olive trees and roosters ... we loved every bit of our stay and will come again soon

An excellent hospitality and a beautiful place surrounded by greenery. Great interiors. We had a late check in and early check out - even it was beyond reception working hours it was no problem to do all check-in by email. The manager offered to provide us a breakfast box waiting for us in a room because of our very early check out before standard breakfast hours. I really appreciate it. I wish I could stay there longer!

Breakfast was really good, the hotel gave us a free upgrade on the room, which was really nice. The location is nice, around 25 minutes from Grosseto. It's a really nice place to stay for a few days and enjoy the calmness. Also a very good spot on price/quality.

There's a daily City tax of 1,65€ per person for an hotel in the middle of nowhere with almost no tourists. To me, Italy's city tax policies seem ridiculous for these regions with a really low amount of tourists.

Amazing location and facilities. The rooms were beautiful and they offered great breakfast. Ample parking.

The accomodation was wonderful. The only thing that was inconvenient was that there was a kitchen in our room but you had to pay an extra €50 fee for usage and cleaning of it. We didn’t need to pay it, but we were reluctant to use the kitchen even to make coffee

Great location, extremely chilled and quiet but only 20 minutes from the motorway, we expected just a room but got a two floor apartment. They accept pets here so immediately get 5 start for that. Great plentiful breakfast included. Excellent spa facilities that you get all to yourselves, be sure to book in advance to avoid disappointment!! Staff were lovely and the dinner was delicious. I was particularly impressed with how traceable the food served is, the beef has a certificate that you can see with the age and breed of the cattle with it's serial number, even a photo. Will definitely be back.

Great location for relaxation. Apartments are reasonably large, well-equipped kitchen. Peace, quiet, great relaxation. Divine breakfast, possibility of dinner. Private spa center well equipped.

Dinner is excellent but a bit expensive. There is not enough privacy in the spa center as there is a large window next to the whirlpool through which everyone who passes by can see you and the apartments opposite the spa center.

very clean bathroom quiet by night because it's located in the middle of an olive orchard nicely decorated room and very comfortable bed delicious breakfast with a large choice of dishes

dirt parking 150m from the parking to the reception on non asphalt road, my shoes got muddy and dusty....

The lovely room, the friendly staff, the breakfast, the pool, the grounds, everything really. Will definitely be back, next time with the kids.

We're not big lovers of dogs and there were a couple of dogs off leashes staying with guests. They didn't bother us but it would have be a personal preference to have no dogs.

In general, Tuscany is a secret recommendation during February, landscape, plenty of ancient places to visit, options for sports and friendly people who are happy to see you because no tourists are around at that time of the year. The hot springs are open all the time, and the temperature feels like during late Easter in central Europe. Not all restaurants open, no outdoor pool? Doesn't matter, small compromises considering the abovementioned benefits. Same accounted for the hotel, we got an awesome deal for 3 persons in a beautiful two-floored room with a tiny, useful kitchen and enjoyed the great breakfast buffet with mostly local products and eggs from happy hens. It was possible to use old bikes for free or rent mountain-bikes. The flexibility of the personnel was very helpful, be it with regards to our late arrival time or special wishes. All in all, we had an easy-going stay at the resort very worthy of our time.
