This is our second time here and we’ve been very happy again. Swimming pool with different depths is great for kids, breakfast is great, staff is lovely, helpful and patient with children. On site Electric charging for the car is complementary. Excellent food in the restaurant.

Restaurant is lovely with excellent food but a bit overpriced for the area (I guess you pay for the comfort of not having to take the car). The room pics shown in the booking are not necessarily representative of the room you get assigned (this happened to us both times), but they are all lovely nevertheless. During your stay they only reset the beds and change the bathroom linen, no floor sweeping or bathroom cleaning (a more through cleaning can be requested for a 20€ extra charge).

We only stayed one night at Guadalupe Tuscany Resort, but it was by far our favorite hotel of the whole trip! 🤍 We honestly didn’t want to leave — it felt like our own little paradise in the heart of Tuscany. Surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, and a peaceful farm, the whole place radiates calm and beauty 🍇🌿. The atmosphere is perfect for disconnecting and recharging. The swimming pool was stunning, the grounds were immaculate, and everything felt serene and special. Our room was lovely, breakfast was amazing 🥐☕, and the staff were welcoming and kind. There’s also easy parking with an electric car charger 🔌🚗 — a great plus. Even with just one night, it was unforgettable. We hope to come back one day and stay much longer! ✨

ROOM We lived in a new room and you could smell that everything was new. The room door is made of glass and you can enjoy a view of Tuscan fields. POOL the pool was of normal size and clean. There are two types of sunbeds. A nice green lawn surrounds it. BREAKFAST The breakfast was quite rich! They had fruit, salty things, and even SALMON. A wide choice of drinks. Honey mmm

BREAKFAST Even if the breakfast was wonderful, we would like to see more sweets like cakes with fruit or something you expect to see in an agriturismo. Unfortunately, sweets were a bit of a letdown. ATTENTION ! The local restaurant. Unfortunately, we didn't like anything we tried and the only good thing was bread...but they serve you just 3 slices cut into 2 and that's why you have to ask for helpings several times and pay for every.

Fantastic resort where we've stayed in a large apartment made for 4 people over two level. Receptionist staff was great, letting us checked-in well in advance and called us immediately after booking was made. Amenities, cleanliness and breakfast were top quality with a very good price in this cottage in a remote area of Ruscany surrounding by olive trees and roosters ... we loved every bit of our stay and will come again soon

An excellent hospitality and a beautiful place surrounded by greenery. Great interiors. We had a late check in and early check out - even it was beyond reception working hours it was no problem to do all check-in by email. The manager offered to provide us a breakfast box waiting for us in a room because of our very early check out before standard breakfast hours. I really appreciate it. I wish I could stay there longer!

Breakfast was really good, the hotel gave us a free upgrade on the room, which was really nice. The location is nice, around 25 minutes from Grosseto. It's a really nice place to stay for a few days and enjoy the calmness. Also a very good spot on price/quality.

There's a daily City tax of 1,65€ per person for an hotel in the middle of nowhere with almost no tourists. To me, Italy's city tax policies seem ridiculous for these regions with a really low amount of tourists.

Amazing location and facilities. The rooms were beautiful and they offered great breakfast. Ample parking.

The accomodation was wonderful. The only thing that was inconvenient was that there was a kitchen in our room but you had to pay an extra €50 fee for usage and cleaning of it. We didn’t need to pay it, but we were reluctant to use the kitchen even to make coffee

Great location, extremely chilled and quiet but only 20 minutes from the motorway, we expected just a room but got a two floor apartment. They accept pets here so immediately get 5 start for that. Great plentiful breakfast included. Excellent spa facilities that you get all to yourselves, be sure to book in advance to avoid disappointment!! Staff were lovely and the dinner was delicious. I was particularly impressed with how traceable the food served is, the beef has a certificate that you can see with the age and breed of the cattle with it's serial number, even a photo. Will definitely be back.

Great location for relaxation. Apartments are reasonably large, well-equipped kitchen. Peace, quiet, great relaxation. Divine breakfast, possibility of dinner. Private spa center well equipped.

Dinner is excellent but a bit expensive. There is not enough privacy in the spa center as there is a large window next to the whirlpool through which everyone who passes by can see you and the apartments opposite the spa center.

I really liked having a kitchen and patio facing the pool

I couldn't figure out the stove at first because I could not find the lighter. Perhaps some written instructions for operation and safety, and having the lighter more visible could help future guests.
