Good apart hotel must have a car , 10 min drive from Grosseto It’s like an apartment , it has a little kitchen but if you want to use it they charge you 20 euro a day . Microwave did not work Good breakfast Good parking space Must be able to use a phone line as people is not always at reception it’s an apt building that two floors are the apart hotel

Very friendly staff. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Parking was super easy. The room was huge. Two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. A/C was great to have.

Somewhat old decor, but not bad at all. Some mildew in the shower, but nothing too bad, like your own house probably. I feel some of the negative reviews are unfair and probably left by one large group of guests.

Quiet, felt like I was in the country. My room was on the second floor, and they had a lift. Close to bus stop. The local bar was close, had cold beer and sandwiches. Lots of local color. Had a breakfast in morning.

No place to eat close by. Would have been no problem had I had a car.

The owner was very friendly and gave us good suggestions of where to eat and what to see. The apartment was perfect for our needs as there was a fridge and clothes dryer.

Quiet, clean, kitchen, lots of room, very good breakfast, easy parking, good bed. after a small hurdle, easy zero frills place to stay....

No real complaints....but, the place is an Apt-Hotel, so no front desk person, you will need to have a phone and call her down to meet you, she is very helpful, speaks English, etc. The room is clean and as advertised, but, not a picture on a wall, pretty darn sparse, with zero personality....but its clean, quiet....
