Fantastic, warm welcome from the owner Vittorio. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We had great chats every morning at breakfast. The room was spotlessly clean with every comfort. The location was perfect for attending a gelato course at the gelato natural academy.

Spacious and comfortable room, clean, friendly and welcoming host that gave us nice tips of restaurant and area, central location, easy to find parking.

Breakfast can be improved with more choices, but I think we had a typical Italian breakfast prepared from Pier which was nice!

Pier is a wonderful host, met us at the train, dropped us off at the end of our stay and treated us like family. We booked for 4 nights, stayed for 8! That tells you something, I'm sure.

Not much; wished we had a car to explore more of the region.

I didn't believe that this property can have such a great rating on Booking.com but after spending 3 nights here I know why. People that run it are amazing. Trying to help every time with a smile and nothing is a problem.

Grosseto is maybe not the nicest town in Tuscany but this B&B makes it better.

I had a fabulous time at Pier's B&B! Grosseto was a rather out of the blue choice for me to stop at but my time was incredible and I would absolutely stay again. Pier was helpful, friendly, and very willing to chat and share knowledge of his town. The accommodation was lovely and clean, and really excellently located too!

We had a really great time here! Totally unexpected one of the best stays during our holidays in italy. The owners are so friendly,helpful and caretaking, we are still very touched. They will make you feel like you're visiting family, not people you don't know. That itself is worth going to this place. I asked for vegan options for the breakfast and it was also no problem :) The place itself has everything you need to feel comfortable, its clean and although you're in the city centre not very noisy, beds are got and rooms are big enough. But the owners will be the reason,you will have a special time here. Thank you for the wonderful stay and all of your help! Viktoria and Niklas

The room is a part of a big flat, it is equipped with everything you need for a short time stay. Moreover, the flat is positioned ideally in the city centre. The host is a cheerful fellow, who is ready to help you with anything you need.

Good space. Second floor apartment just inside the main old Town gates easy to find. Three rooms with en suites central lounge kitchen dining area. Host was extremely helpful with bar /dining locations and info on surrounding attractions. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Located in the centre of Luca. all major attractions can be done by foot. Great and very friendly host. I will come again.

A charming place, in a very central location in Grosseto. Owner is is super nice, doing above and beyond to please the guests. Homey feeling, quiet, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended
