Everything was exceptional. There are not enough stars to use. The love from the owner and the staff radiates through everything and every encounter. I would call it harmonious perfection. Don't get me started on the extensive and wonderful breakfast buffet or on the dinner they serve in their restaurant. A very short walk brings you to a part of the beach that is not occupied by beach chairs and umbrellas.

The hotel is located on the side of Marina di Grosetto. It is surrounded by trees, houses and camping area. It is very close to a beach, which is fantastic. It has a dedicated parking which is super convenient if you travel by car. The staff is super helpful and very flexible. The room was clean and prepared on our arrival and the cleaning staff wanted to clean it every day. The breakfasts were good, there was enough space to eat and we got a coffee every day. The varieties and amount of cakes, croissants was amazing! We were located on first floor and our balcony faced the street. It was a little noisy, but not too much. There were cafes, restaurants, shops in the walking distance from the hotel.

One of the air conditioners was not working. It wasn't huge problem as we were staying in September, but in full summer it might be good to have them all working. The breakfasts were bit monotonous. It might be a good idea to serve eg. different kinds of cheese or ham and not the same one every day.

Very nice and helpful staff. All very clean. I Can see renovation and care for every place (entrance, breakfast, restaurant).

The room too small for me. I am not use with so small place. Bathroom ventilators from neighbour, too loud. I can hear everything, lucky me, stoped around 23:00 and I could sleep.

We got a double room so lots of space and a balcony. Location is almost at the ocean. Everything clean, wifi works well, a/c is good, breakfast standard italian. There is an extra room in the basement for bikes which is super convenient.

The room was beautiful and super comfortable. The staff were so kind and smiling and the breakfast was delicious!

The doors and walls are quite thin so you can hear everyone talking and closing their doors in the corridor

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff, good parking area with trees for shadow right vis-a-vis the hotel. The bathroom was large and comfortable. Great breakfast, again with very friedly service.

It was too late when we requested a room for disabled guests, but the staff was very helpful and showed us two rooms to choose from. Excellent service at dinner and breakfast, and the receptionists are very friendly too. Nice, clean room and bathroom. Comfy bed.

Really close to the sea, perfect breakfast with a variety of different sweet and salty food.

The room was very small, for 1-2 nights okay, but for a longer stay it would be uncomfortable.

Such a nice welcoming by the senior lady of the house! All personell very polite and friendly! Clean and tidy!

The only thing: parking is under the trees, you‘ll get the spots of the pine resin.
