A quiet place with great surroundings full of green, the sound of birds and, maybe, even foxes somewhere :) Manuela greeted us warmly and was available for our needs. There are two cute dogs (corgi Willy was more around us) and two cute cats at the property. Bikes for free is a very big plus. The room itself is clean, with elementary things for cooking. Marina di Grosseto Carrefour is in 15 min ride by bike. A bus stop to Grosseto is in 15 min walk distance and takes around 25 min to take you to FS.

Maybe, due to the bad weather, there was no Internet the last evening of our stay. During the other days the best signal was outside which was not a problem for us as we were sitting on a gorgeously arranged patio. However, for those who need wifi in the room, it may not be convenient.

The outside space was incredible! Absolutely beautiful, and was well needed after a crazy few days in Roma. The widows throughout the house were lovely, and the house it's self was so pretty and homey. The washing machine was extremely helpful. Being able to access the bikes to get into town was fantastic and such a nice way to get to the beach. And we loved willy!!!;

The treck out there was a bit difficult being on foot, but absolutely google maps fault as it took us on a much more difficult route, and that we later discovered there was a much easier way 😂

Incredible unique spot in the most beautiful area! Friendly and welcoming - there were bikes to use for free which we used to cycle to the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. The peacock, chickens and guinea pigs were a lovely surprise alongside the well behaved dogs.

I really liked the position, the garden, the animals, the room. Everything was really comfortable like a house with a garden. There are swings and there is a coffee machine. It is an ideal place for children definitely. We want to go back!

It could have been better to have breakfast. Or if the shower was not so close to the toilet, it would have been just perfect. Other than that it was okay.

An amazing place to stay with kids - the villa has a playground with slides, swings, trampoline and a zip-line. Swimming pool is open during the summer, kids also liked the guinea pigs and peacocks. Villa has a large area and friendly staff - the hostess gifted our daughter a book with fairy tales. We also rated heating in apartments and vending coffee machine.
