The location is perfect for enjoying the beach, going out to eat and going shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included a wide assortment of fresh fruit, yogurt and granola. There were several meats and cheeses available and a variety of bread and pastries, hard boiled eggs, juice and coffee and tea. Our apartment was large and comfortable with all we would need for the weekend.

The parking was a little challenging, but not impossible. Parking on the street can be free if you find a spot or it's 5 euros a day at the paid parking lots. Very limited hotel parking. One photo showed a pool. The property does not have a pool. It is conveniently located to the free beach area and also many beach clubs.

We liked this property, it has some parking space, it's easy to get to and the location is perfect (basically beach front). The staff was great and helped us a few times during the stay, fulfilled all our requests, always politely smiling and made us feel welcomed at all times. The cleanliness was impeccable and amongst the highest standards we can recognise. I can't stress this enough on how important I believe it is: even if parts of our stay were bumpy, the staff really made a big difference since before the arrival (with clear communication) until we left. WE also liked: - the sea view, a pleasure to wake up in the morning and look outside into the deepest blues of the Tirreno Sea - the breakfast, many options (some looked handmade!) and the breakfast staff exceeded expectations in terms of quality and availability. The only suggestion would be a quicker/friendlier toaster device. - we did some laundry there, the cost is ok and we were satisfied with the results

We sent a complaint about noise, because for some reasons we could hear especially well what was going on in the apartment/room above us: we are light sleepers so this was a disruption. The staff has been very receptive of our complaint and offered alternatives and solutions, perhaps I take as my responsibility to not have raised this issue sooner during the stay.

Great facilities in room ( fridge and small kitchen), veranda.. Yes, a good serviceable hotel

Not one of the books in this otherwise exceptional and wonderfully book-stocked hotel were in languages other than English - a sad indictment of our English limitations in language engagement. (How I wished I could have accessed their fabulous sets of Classical texts).

The hotel is very close to the sea and to the beach. There is underground parking that must be reserved in advance. There are many dining options nearby. The beds are confortable.

There is a free area on the beach and a paid area with umbrellas and sunbeds, but you have to pay in advance and then you are told where. We were in an apartment in the old part of the hotel, which is in need of renovation. Clean but shabby. Breakfast is nothing special.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely decor throughout the hotel with lots of nooks for reading and relaxing. Walking distance to everything that mattered to us. Terrific value for money. Easy street parking .

It would have been nice to have some basic tea/coffee facilities in the room. Whilst breakfast was included it was located in a dining room.

We loved the location of the apartment and the fact we had 2 separate bedrooms both with AC. It was very nice to have the outside patio access as well with a place to cleanup after being at the beach. The whole apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The included breakfast each morning was very helpful and delicious.

The energy saving bright white lights were a bit harsh in the evening. The key lock was difficult to work. And, the futon couch’s slats fell off every time you sat down. These were all minor issues that could be addressed but it did not really bother us too much.

The apartment was very large, with a big terrace/balcony. It has a good location, 1 min to the beach.

The quality of the materials/furnishings is quite low and it also needs a little nip and tuck here and there. Nothing to upset you but you notice them.

Everything was great.

For breakfast we would recommend putting some additional choices, like fruits and more salami and cheese choices. Sausages would be great as well.

The apartment was very comfortable with everything needed inside. The beach was right around the corner.

I didn't really like the breakfast as many things were sweer and bought from mass producation (jam, toasts, juice).

The breakfast was amazing, the stuff was always smiling. The hotel is very close to the beach, around 50m.

We travelled with a car and we choose this hotel because that has a free parking option on the booking; however there was no park, they said they are full. So we left our car 10 minutes away parking lot.
