I can’t say enough good things about Casa Assunta. Nestled in the heart of Sant'Angelo, one of the most picturesque and peaceful spots on the island of Ischia, this place is an absolute dream. The location is perfect: quiet, romantic, and just a short stroll from the quaint little harbor, beautiful beaches, shops, and restaurants. What really made our stay extra special was the wonderful staff. They are warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive—always ready with a smile, great local tips, and a willingness to help with anything you need. Their kindness added a personal touch that made us feel completely at home.

Lovely place, the owners are so friendly - they had some great advice about places to visit, and were very approachable. Beautiful location & view from the balcony, and easy 10 minute walk to Fumarole dei Maronti. Also great digital TV setup with access to Youtube etc. P.S. remember the short way from the bus stop - take the steep path with green railings, just across from Sergio Modamare clothes store ;-)

Gorgeous view of the bay from the balcony, the room was immaculately clean and had everything I needed. I appreciated the extra details like a mini fridge, with a chopping board, plate and cutlery for preparing snacks to eat on the balcony. Great value for a simple, clean and basic stay in a beautiful location.

Some privacy shields between the balconies would be good.

Nothing, everything was perfect. The staff was super friendly, the room was super clean and as in the photos. And the location was excellent.

Location is great - close to centre but just enough out of it to be peaceful and quiet. The view from the terrace is outstanding.

The accommodation is basic but clean. Bed was quite hard but ok for us. Kitchen equipment was a bit sparse if you wanted to cook.

Lovely little apartment equipped with everything you need for your stay. It’s very close to three beaches and is the perfect spot for a chill holiday. Pasquale and Francesca are fantastic and gave us very detailed information about different ways to get to the property. Highly recommend!

Quiet location with a beautiful view. Clean room and bathroom, change of towels in the middle of the week (very sensitive of them). The dry hanger, AC and wifi availability worked well, and the very nice owners provided me with a sun umbrella and valuable tips.

Not really a problem, but to get to the property you need to walk up a pretty steep little road: just be aware.

We had a pleasent stay in Casa assunta. The views were gorgeus and the staff made us welcome from the beginning of our stay. The location was great and it was easy to explore Saint’Angelo and nearby locations.

Staying at this hotel/apartment with remarkable view of the sea was an experience that left a lasting impression. The beauty of the sea, coupled with the amiable nature of the owners of this hotel, made it a truly memorable vacation.

The elevated location of the hotel made it challenging with each ascent, especially after a long day of exploring the surrounding areas.

Francheska and Pasquale are great! They were very helpful! If any inconveniences arised they were immediately fixed. The view from the balcony is one of the best in Ischia! As most of the time I spent hiking, swimming or thermae, this place is really good to stay to relax. It was my second time on the island, and I would love to come back again!
