The location is unbeatable, right on the water with beautiful views from the balcony, and just steps from the small beach and the village center. The rooms are bright, airy, and very clean, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Wonderful breakfast overlooking the sea each morning. The staff was kind and helpful answering questions about taxis and local recommendations.

I wish that they had hair conditioner and body lotion in the room.

The breakfast was exceptional - a whole buffet table of goodies, plus eggs to order. Even a lovely place for breakfast with tables right by the water. The location was perfect - right in the middle of this quiet little village. Our balcony view was directly out to the water with the beach to the immediate left. The room was very pretty. We were so ready for this peaceful time after the crowds and noise and traffic congestion of the Amalfi coast. We thought there might be noise as we were right on the main (well, only) street, but it was quiet with just very occasional melodic voices drifting up when we had the patio doors or window open to enjoy the view and breeze. A big plus, only occasional service vehicles as no others are allowed,

Could not have been better! It is about a 7 minute walk to/from the bus stop. Yes its uphill, so dragging luggage was a bit of an effort, but not a big deal.

The town of Sant'Angelo on the island of Ischia was a fantastic place. It had beauty, good food, nice people, and options to travel to other locations by boat. We speak a small amount of Italian; but, it was not a problem at all. From Florence, Italy: train to Napoli Centrale, pre-arranged taxi to the ferry, ferry to Ischia Porto, pre-arranged taxi to Sant'Angelo. It was an adventure. Loved the hotel and it's people. Breakfast was superb and the scenery was really amazing.

Would have benefited from a parasol on the balcony as it was too hot to sit out, no shaded area I can’t load photos which is a shame but what you see on the we site is exactly what you get. Brilliance!

The hotel is located in the best part of Ischia, it is right at the center of Sant'Angelo. The rooms are large, super clean, and beautifully decorated. Every room has a private balcony with a view on the sea: simply unbeatable. The terrace where breakfast is served every morning is simply gorgeous, overlooking the beach. Food is really high quality and prepared fresh every day. Carla, the owner is simply unique: a personality that truly embodies Italian entrepreneurial women, always taking care of the hotel and its guests. All the staff is very helpful and makes sure every need is taken care of. We spent four night and would sure go back. Ischia is a beautiful island and Casa Celestino a great spot to visit it.

Casa Celestino is a lovely place - we caught the last weekend of their season at Sant'Angelo and it was glorious - super quiet especially as there are no cars in the village. Carla and the team were ultra welcoming, providing fresh beach towels, adapters, and anything else we needed. The room was lovely, with a view of the sunset and beautiful tiles everywhere, as well as a very comfy bed!

Location - close to the beach and local restaurants; room and restaurant with nice view; friendly staff; Hotel helped with transfer from airport.

Breakfast was the same all the time(we stayed for 6 days), but still plenty options to choose, fresh and tasty.

The whole experience at Hotel Casa Celestino was so lovely. The hotel is gorgeous and in a great location for relaxing. The balcony was perfect for sun bathing or enjoying an evening drink, looking out over the bay. The breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It would have been lovely if beach towels were provided to enjoy on the beach or balcony. Some other hotels in the area also have golf buggies to help collect you from the main road. Lucky for us walking was fine as we didn’t have a lot of luggage but for families or those with more luggage it may be tricky.

Wonderful staff, wonderful location. Wonderful time. We’d had a disaster with another hotel on Ischia so turning up here to be skilfully cared for by thoughtful staff who care meant the world. The room was beautiful. The service impeccable.

Charging for beach towels feels excessive.

The service at Hotel Casa Celestino is top notch! The owner, Carla went out of her way to make us feel welcome and made sure we were well taken care of! The hotel is in immaculate shape. The staff clearly enjoy serving people. The restaurant was first class all the way! Can’t recommend enough and can’t wait to return!!!
