Breakfast was fairly simple. Cereal, yogurt, fruit, croissant and pasticiotti (which I would highly recommend having). This is a B&B that doesn't have that many guests, so don't expect the expansive choices you may get in some hotels. Having said that it made for a very good breakfast. Our host was amazing and very friendly and made sure we were well looked after as did the staff. The B&B is in a quiet area of the city, but easily walkable to any of the main locations you may like to see. It's about a 20 minute walk from the station, so if you arrive via that route you may wish to catch the bus (C2, I think which runs every half hour) or get a taxi to the property. The room was clean spacious and had it's own fridge. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, but they were in the corridor instead, so it's no bother to pop out there to make a brew. There is a university opposite, but they don't start up until around 8:00/8:30, by which time we were up and having breakfast anyway. If you are in your room at that time it shouldn't cause any disruption.

So long as you realise that this is a small B&B and not a hotel chain there isn't anything not to like.

Great to have a front door to the new town with parking in the street (some free, some paid), plus a back door into the beautiful old town of Lecce. The room was as pictured, with comfortable bed, fridge, safe and very clean bathroom. The breakfast outside on the patio was very good. Loved the sweets in jars and apricot tart, plus kettle to make tea and coffee in the reception area (gave me a carton of milk to keep in my fridge. The lovely Manuela, who worked six mornings a week and welcomed us to the property, spoke excellent English and was very helpful indeed.

The shower only had an overhead fitting - no hand-held attachment, for those of us who don’t want to wash our hair every shower. Therefore I would suggest the provision of disposable shower caps for guests.

The accommodation was perfect for our one-night stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Natalie was a perfect host, she was kind and very helpful. The breakfast was cosy and full of options. The accommodation was central with walking distance to the city centre. I would definitely recommend it.

The shower in the bathroom was a bit small.

We had a wonderful stay in this B&B, especially thanks to the hospitality of Manuela, who took excellent care of us, and gave us a lot of information about the old center of Lecce, and recommendations about places to eat or see. You certainly feel at home here, and we even communicated through whatsapp with Manuela further into our holidays when we were actually in other places in Puglia. Using the main entrance through the big steel door of the patio is easy and allows for getting your luggage into the room. The wooden door back entrance gets you straight into the old center with its myriad of zigzagging alleyways where you can easily get lost without a map, but it is close to the Duomo and the other interesting center streets. The breakfast on the patio was very nice and allowed us to make some contact with other guests also staying in the same B&B.

Parking is only available by either paying through meters in the streets, or booking a parking spot in Ex Gil, a large parking next to the university, which costs €10 per day. Unfortunately the hot tub was not available for use, which was a disappointment for us as this was one of the main reasons we booked this place.

The place was very nice and smelled very good. The breakfast was light and tasty. Location was perfect for me, able to catch buses easily, meetings at the university without too much walking, and still be close enough to the old sites. The host was amazing and friendly.

Bed was a little hard and there was an impression on one side.

Manuela and Elisa were wonderful hostesses making us very welcome. The location was perfect, on the edge of the Old City. In fact the B&B has a front door into the Old City and a back door to the new city. Room was comfortable with an outdoor patio. The room and bathroom were clean and had all requirements. The breakfast was served outdoors and a variety of food was available. Parking is available 100m from the B&B at a reasonable 24hr rate.

Beautifully decorated room. Excellent location. Superb, friendly service. Manuelle could not have been more kind and helpful to us, even when our requests were well beyond the limits of what one would expect at a bed&breakfast establishment. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

It ŵas a very comfortable, welcoming place to stay. Manuella and Aleisha looked after us exceptionally well and were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The location is excellent, right on the wall of the old city, and an easy walk to the train station.

Manuela the host was excellent. Breakfast was very good.

Didn't like the shower. The room and bathroom were excellent, but the shower was difficult to get in without wetting your hair. It was tiny. Rooms have different sizes of shower.

A wonderful place to stay in Lecce! Our room was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. We were very close to the historic centre of this beautiful city. We would love to return one day.
