The hotel is on the 2nd floor of a palazzo just outside the old city walls in Lecce with a 5 min walk to the centre of Lecce. It is on a main road but there is no noise at night and there is a lot of free parking in the streets surrounding the hotel. Gianluca was an excellent host - he met us at the front door and was very informative. We had an upgrade to our room which was a lovely bonus. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is on the rooftop terrace with a great view over the city. Gianluca's sisters host the breakfast which was excellent - you choose what you want to have and the time you want your breakfast on the day of your arrival and it is ready for you at that time.

Without Gianluca waiting for us it would have been quite tricky to find however, he did meet us so there was no problem.

Lovely old building just 200 mtrs from the old gate into the main town/shopping area. Great roof terrace continental breakfast was lovely… Gianlucca and sister , helpful and accommodating in every way. Room was spacious bright and clean. Bed comfortable a/c worked well. Small Cafe and drinks on doorstep!

Minor point Shortage of electric plugs and no USB points….parking area opposite not secure… our car got dinged by some idiot reversing!

Property is located very central to essential anything and everything there is to do in Lecce. The terrasse which houses the breakfast was also very neat and enjoyable to stay in the afternoon. Place was extremely clean, and such a comfortable bed. Lastly, GIANLUCA, was AMAZING. Such a great host, extremely knowledgeable and welcoming, an overall great person cannot recommend enough.

The hospitality from the team was outstanding. We were given an upgrade to a bigger room and it was very comfortable. The room had everything we needed and the breakfast was superb. The hotel room was very clean and cozy. We are definitely going back.

Great location on the edge of the old town with free on street parking. Interesting split-level room with spiral staircase. Breakfast was excellent with homemade treats. Large communial roof terrace available to relax.

A small sofa downstairs rather than 2 chairs would make the room more comfortable. Air conditioning was a bit noisy to keep on at night.

Breakfast on the rooftop terrace overlooking the “Old Town” with food selected especially for us and tea/coffee provided on request. Each member of the staff treated us to a pleasurable experience. The owner/ manager’s knowledge of the property, the city and the region— with his willingness to share and engaging manner — were the key to our great experience

Remodeling and upgrading was in progress so we could really see how much better the Palazzo was going to be. We look forward to returning after completion

Location was easy to find and with free on street parking very near. The room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace overlooking the old city was fantastic with excellent service. Gianluca was the nicest man you could ever wish to meet and so very helpful. Communication prior to arrival, at check in and at all times during our stay was excellent.

Absolutely nothing

The location is perfect for a visit to Lecce. It is located right outside the old part of town. It is easy to drive to the hotel and was not hard to find street parking nearby. It is just a few minutes and you are in the best part of Lecce.

Spacious bedrooms, very clean, always bottles of water provided daily in the room. Friendly staff.
