We loved this gem of an apartment in the heart of Lecce’s historical center. It’s cozy, comfortable, and the rooftop terrace is a truly lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Breakfast at a nearby bar was a nice touch and added to the local experience.

The only downside was the internet, which was a bit unreliable depending on where we were in the apartment. Aside from that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

The accommodation was exactly as described, including a very cute courtyard, shared with the apartment next-door, and a patio upstairs. The couch in the living room is fold out in case anyone was not sure, and there is a door between the living room and bedroom. So it’s really perfect for friends sharing.

The included breakfast is at a bar nearby and it was OK but not great. I might recommend a place with more of a buffet, or more options.

Great location and with the terrace, lots of space to relax in. Bed was comfortable. Sweet apartment all in all. Nice to have a back door to get a breeze going from front to back.

Communication was limited. Compared to other places we stayed, he was more business than interested in sharing insights. Surprising how much sound carried from the neighbouring rental unit. Kitchen did not have an actual cutting knife nor cutting board. Moka pot was rusty inside.

The location is amazing,right in the historical center. The building itself is secluded and really cool interior

A bit too small, especially if you’re staying for more than a few days, thin walls with the adjacent apartment, and breakfast is served in a cafe nearby(which was not, but technically not b&b)

In a very good location close to the historical center of the beautiful city of Lecce. It was roomy in good taste and very clean and the owner was very helpful in providing advices. It was absolutely quiet at night and was very relaxing to sleep, like being in the countryside, while with a little walk we were in the historical streets of Lecce. We had a wonderful time, the value/price ratio is excellent and we hope we will be able to come back some day again. Ah! and we had a wonderful dinner in the "Duka" restaurant, which was proposed by the owner. Ok the breakfast was some nice snacks, but then we had the chance to visit every morning a different wonderful italian pattiserie. The parking was public, we could park with a little wait, two minutes away and very cheap.

We stayed just one night but enjoyed our stay very much - perfect location (heart of the city center, but yet - very quiet), small but cozy rooms, comfortable bathroom and well equiped kitched and - creme de la creme! - spectacular terrace made our stay unforgettable. Spending a night or two in this kind of accomodation is a must when travelling in Puglia - it's a part of experience, those rooms, this ceiling. Unlike similar accomodations, this one isnt that dark - a source of daylight is avaiable in each room. We do highly recommend! PS. For breakfast you will get a set of snacks (as it shows on booking.com pictures) plus a voucher for coffee and croissant to the nearby cafe - very nice place!

Old towels. I would recommend to buy new towels for the future.. Breakfast was very limited, not complaining for quality, croissant and coffee was good at the Cafe but in other B&Bs we stayed in Puglia had a typical Puglian breakfast of meats, cheeses, yogurt, etc. Would be nice if there were more options for breakfast.

Location was excellent for exploring beautiful Lecce on foot. It was very close to a low cost car park ( 60c / hour for 10 hrs a day, free on Sunday) which made it easy to transport our luggage to the property which is inside the city walls. The property was very comfortable and had a lovely roof top terrace, which was great for an afternoon rest and early evening drinks! Breakfast is provided at a local cafe, 2 minutes walk away, and consists of 1 drink and 1 pastry.

The only thing I would say is the lack of glasses and mugs in the kitchen.

Nice apartment in historical building, excellent location, clean, comfortable, very friendly host.

Parking provided at the public parking lot in Via Adua, it was quite difficult to find a free parking place due to the Christmas holidays and New Year’s Eve.

Carlo is the best host ever. He was very welcoming and always ready to help. The apartment is cozy, historical and very clean. It is located in the historical part of the city but in s quite area as we where in off season it was bit wired but in general great experience.

There were two minor things about this apartment the bad not so comfortable and while searching I saw there was free parking, which was not. Maybe booking miss lead me.
