It’s located in the old town, and that’s cool, yet near one of the doors to it, so you can go out without too much walking if you need. Note that the kitchen and dining room is shared with other guests who booked another room, but we didn’t have any, so it was all ours. Internet worked well, and the bed was good. The host picked us up at the old town entrance and was very friendly.

The “free parking” isn’t really a parking… while it’s true there’s free parking on a street nearby, outside the old town, we didn’t manage to find a single spot on the 5 tries we did, including the streets recommended by the host. We ended up paying for parking at a close location, at the cost of 7 EUR per day.

Le Tracce was just in side the city wall, parking was easy in a street nearby and free. Francesco was so friendly and kind such a helpful host nothing was to much trouble for him .The information he provided us before hand was exceptional , the recommendations for eating out and where to park. The apartment was very modern , exceptional clean and maintained , the little touches like coffee, tea water and toiletries were lovely. The bed was so comfortable shower was also very good, you have breakfast at the cafe 7hdemico just down the street , the Rossi and pasticciotto were delicious. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to stay in Lecce. 100%would stay again Thank you

The B&B is located in the historical center within a short walking distance to all historical sites. There are only two rooms in this B&B and an absolute privacy! An amazing breakfast is offered from a nice bar nearby. The host, Francesco, is a wonderful personality and he runs an extra mile to be sure that you enjoy your stay in Lecce and around!! WiFi signal is strong and stable. The B&B is very clean and freshly renovated.

The apartment was stunning and perfect in every way. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and firm large bed, really nice bathroom and shower, beautifully designed and a lovely space. The location was also excellent, right in the historical centre within walking distance of all the sights and delicious foods available. Francesco was also incredibly helpful and kind, we were travelling for our first holiday with our baby, he arranged a cot and gave very helpful suggestions and was flexible and warm with arrangements. I would not hesitate to book again and will hope to do so soon!

Nothing - absolute perfection

The apartment was so beautiful and in the perfect location in Lecce old town. The bed was so comfortable and we had everything we needed. Francesco is a great host, very helpful and always here to help with recommendations and ideas. The breakfast was great at the local cafe near the apartment. We loved it. - Absolutely everything! - Francesco, the host, was kind and helpful. He gave me a ride from the train station just out of kindness, showed me everything I needed to know about the flat, helped me with my luggage, and even recommended great restaurants. He was also available through whatsapp. - The flat is newly renovated and smells amazing. Everything is so clean, organized and tastefully decorated. There's no way you can spot anything wrong in there. - Location is amazing. Really central, next to bars, restaurants and shops. You can walk anywhere from there. - Utmost comfort. The bedroom, common living room and kitchen are spacious, clean, naturally bright during the day and great lighting during the night. Comfy bed, great shower, spacious bathroom, lots of towels, impeccable bed linen. Lots of hooks to hang towels and a clothing rack, which is very convenient. - The kitchen is absolutely well equiped. You'll have absolutely everything you could ever need in there, and everything is clean and organized. There are even some basic goods like napkins, bottled water in the fridge, salt, and other basic things. There are also treats like little nutellas, honey, lots of tea flavours, which is such a nice touch! - Francesco is an architect and you can spot his attention to details and good taste everywhere. From the beautiful tiles on the floor to some of the furniture that he built himself. - The bathroom has handsoap, shower gels, and even the hairdrier has a cotton bag to keep it away from dust! (Once again, attention to detail). - I'm not a breakfast person, but you can have your breakfast in a nice little coffee just a few meters away from the building, Francesco will give you a card and you just have to show it to the waitress. You can pick coffee or juice and also a pastry (I had a great croissant)

Not a con, just a reminder! As many buildings in Europe, this one has stairs to access the flat. If you have any mobility issues that might be inconvenient for you.

This is the best B&B I've stayed in in southern Italy. It's located in the old town of Lecce. We drove by ourselves, the hoster was helping us find parking spaces. He also recommended self-driving routes along the coastline and small town tours on the way to Alberobello, as well as local delicious restaurants. He was able to help us with any travel-related information. It was perfect.

This is the most beautiful apartment in the Lecce old town. Gorgeous high ceilings and shutters keep it very cool, also use of a kitchen and living area. Francesco is an amazing person who will do anything he can to assist.

There’s only one thing I would add and that’s a full size mirror in the bedroom. Everything else is perfectly designed.

We had a great time in Lecce staying on this place. The room is strategically located on the old town what makes life very easy when you want to go for an aperitivo or dinner. Francesco was a fantastic host - very communicative and attentive, he sent us a list of restaurants to have the experience of a local in the city. You will have your own suite and a shared kitchen, already equipped with some essentials. Recommend and will definitely come back

Beautiful apartment - so tastefully decorated. Francesco was so kind and hospitable and always got back to us on any queries so promptly. Also shared great tips on where to go - not just in Lecce but also for our onward journey to Otranto. Location was great and parking close by.
