Luca and his crew show how well a B&B can be run. Everything was superb: the location (easy walking to old center of town); the facilities (ample room, excellent bath with huge shower, great bed, electrical plugs and lamps all in the right places, desk, good closet, nice terrace outside, elevator access to all floors); the breakfasts (fresh fruits, great pastries, excellent scrambled eggs, cafe/cappucino made to order, juices, cheeses - to be enjoyed on outdoor terrace with the campanile of the duomo in sight); free street parking available nearby; - all were superb.

They've got it all right.

We loved our stay at this great B&B in the wonderful city of Lecce. Luca was a super host, very kind, with great communications and super responsive to any questions. The quadruple room we booked was essentially a three-room suite with a living room, bedroom and bathroom, and was quite well designed and spacious, with high vaulted ceilings, clean and beautiful with lovely window views and even a little balcony. The bed with fresh cotton linens and plenty of fluffy pillows was very comfortable, and there were many conveniences such as a large shower, a mini-bar stocked with free water daily and other items for sale, a lift, easy street parking and a great breakfast on the terrace. We loved being in a residential neighborhood with just a short and pleasant walk to the old city. We highly recommend this place and hope to return!

We stayed at the B&B Il Palazzotto for seven nights and we were pleasantly surprised by our room which had all that you would expect in an upmarket hotel. As a host Luca was very welcoming and all access to the B & B was thoroughly communicated. Breakfast on the rooftop was a great way to start the day. We highly recommend this for those contemplating a visit to Lecce.

There was nothing that we didn't like about B&B Il Palazzotto

From start to finish we had an excellent stay, very easy instructions on check in and how to access key before were sent in advance of arrival. Stunning decor and very well maintained everything looked fresh and stylish. Super comfortable bed and pillows, soft towels and beautiful soaps and shower gel. Breakfast was good and the roof terrace was an added bonus of somewhere to sit for a glass of wine before going out. Lovely location overlooking a park and a ten minute walk to the Centro Storico. Staff were exceptionally helpful and upbeat, our room was cleaned everyday and lots of towels left for us. Excellent value for money and would not stay anywhere else in Lecce!

Our stay at Il Palazzotto Luxury Suites in Lecce was fantastic! We were especially amazed by the exceptional hospitality. They generously allowed us to stay in our room until late, due to our late flight, which made our departure day much more comfortable. The suites are incredibly spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. The location is perfect; it is just a short walk from the city center, and the area feels very safe, with plenty of free parking available nearby. We truly appreciated the outstanding service and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lecce.

Spacious, beautifully snd tastefully styled room exactly as pictured. We loved the high dome stone ceiling. Clean throughout, spacious and well planned. Gorgeous bathroom including soap products that smelled divine. Comfy bed and strong wifi. Well located within close walking distance to old town. Ample parking right outside (actually we could see our car from our window which felt secure). Breakfast upstairs was great too, generous and enough of a choice to satisfy varied tastes. Secure building that felt safe. Easy check/in. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again.

It was perfect for us

when we were looking for the accommodation in Lecce, we had more options, but at the end decided for this one, and that was the best decision we could have. the accommodation was super!!! the room was spacious, clean, and modern, and had all important amenities. the location is just 5 min walking from the old town, close by are supermarkets. everything you need. the communication with Luca was super!! and the best thing was breakfast, everything was very delicious. If I ever come back to Lecce, I will come back to this place. I strongly recommend it.

Great location, delicious breakfast, rooms were clean and modern, parking was easy. Loved the see-through lift and the rooftop area.

Our reservation was for a room with a city view terrace; our terrace did not have a view and seemed more like a haven for mosquitoes so we didn’t use it. There was an extra round side table in the living room that felt out of place, we kept moving it around. Last, having the fridge in the bedroom but the coffee station in the sitting room was odd. These issues did not hinder our stay and we would certainly return.

A very impressive building in a great location. Wonderful availability of a lift to both the floor our bedroom was on, as well as the spectacular breakfast area, with outside terrace, overlooking the large park across the street. Only about 5 minutes stroll from the historic centre, parking was really easy on-street nearby and free! Both of these are exceptionally rare in Italy in peak season!! The room was very large, with a separate seating area with a large sofa bed and fridge with complimentary water and a selection of great soft drinks etc. The bed was very comfortable, large and in the style of a 4-poster.The staff were very helpful, checkin and checkout was very painless and I would defo Steph stay here again.

The floor cleaning needed a little attention in the living area outside of the bedroom. Perhaps the previous guests had partied a little too hard and the time to fully turn around the room was difficult. But this didn’t spoil the stay in any way.

The room was huge and with vaulted ceilings, the breakfast on the top floor included an outdoor terrace that we could use in the beautiful weather, nice modern bathroom, pretty good location, free water in the small fridge, good breakfast

The bed was a bit too hard for me and was making sounds every time I turned around, it would have been great with more places to hang towels in the bathroom, the wifi was unstable - one of the networks that worked fine when we arrived dropped out after a day and we did not have wifi in the bedroom, I could not get the small safe to work
