Very nice breakfast. We arrived late but luckily the bar was still open. Plenty space to.park motorbikes.

Google navigation took us to the bottom of the parking lot where it is not possible to open gates and reach the hotel. Only after a phonecall with the reception we figured we have to return back and make a few km detour to reach the hotel. On the detour one from our group fell in a sharp uphill curve avoiding a car from the oposite direction. Make sure you know the correct location before your trip and avoid stress.

View!!!! A beautyful hotel in the mountains!! Breathtaking view to the sea and mountains from rooms and pool! Enough sun bed, great selection of continental breakfast!!! Rooms are clean, staff very kindly and helpful. There is a funicular from the lower hotel and from the parking to this hotel. It is special expreince in the wonderful landscape. Very good location to drive to Taormina. The bus stop is almost before the hotel. The bus goes every hours to Taormina and Isola Bella.

It is very difficult to find the parking and the hotel entrance. In the family room the normal double bed was very good but the plus beds were very uncomfortable.

The front desk staff with excellent communication and very helpful, especially Ignacio. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The rooms are quiet and well ventilated, the kitchen is excellent.

The kitchen staff started taking the food 30 minutes before the end of the hour. The funicular had no ventilation and no aspiration , especially in the heat. The beach was far from the hotel (10 minutes walk in the sun through the alleys) and the beach was managed by an uneducated and arrogant local partner. They assigned you a sunbed wherever they wanted in the last rows.

The fantastic view from the sea side balcony and from everywhere. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was excellent and and we could have dinner as well at extra cost. The room has balcony, it was clean and absolute okay for us (3 persons). We enjoyed staying here, it was an extraordinary experience because of the locaton of the hotel.

The shower was awful, there was not enough water in it. It was very hard to have a shower, I could not wash my hair for example. We stayed only 3 nights, so it was acceptable but I can not imagine how to shower kids after beach in the summer. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything from other rooms and from the restaurant. In april the hotel was silent but in the summer it could be very annoying (especially with little kids)

The location is great, you can easily get to the beach or Taormina very easy.

The timings of some of the activities were not very good. For example everything opens at 9am so no swim/ gym before breakfast. Like everywhere in Sicily things close for a couple hours at lunch. (Gym included) all this means is the facilities you would like to use you probably don’t because it clashes with the restaurant canteen times. The decor was a little dated too. And the coffee was a bit crap.

What a beautiful hotel, with gorgeous facilities. I had my reservations with the mixed reviews, but it was beautiful. What an amazing location too, couldn't recommend more - so close to Taormina too (a short bus journey). Food was incredible and the staff were so lovely and attentive.

That we didn’t have enough time to use both pools!

I like how the location is on the slope of a mountain where you get amazing views of Italy and Taormina, you can travel on foot to letojanni just by taking the hotel cable car and lift from the twin hotel below, breakfast was good.

That you have to pay extra for the swimmingpool or parking, would be nice if included in the price.

Room and food really good

Spa facilities. They took 10 euro per head for indoor pool and whirlpool but they only allowed to go to pool and for whirlpool they took extra money which is unacceptable. Also Sunday evening, there was no entertainment facilities.

We had a large balcony with an amazing view and the beach and restaurants a short walk. The bed was really comfortable.

It would have been a bit nicer if the pool and the food were a bit warmer.

Amazing location. Beach elevator! A maze of a hotel, but really a special place.

A little outdated in terms of furniture, but not so much to be a distraction. Really sort of adds to experience. Great place.
