The property was modern, clean, spacious and an absolute pleasant to stay at, wish we could have stayed longer. We loved that the beach club chairs were included in the price, and so close to the water, this made the experience unforgettable. We will most definitely stay here again. Benedetta at the front reception was beyond amazing, she had beautiful service and cared for our needs so well. She made effort to ensure our last minutes stay, and airport transfers were smooth. We felt very cared for during our stay

To be honest, I don't understand how this hotel is rated as a 4* hotel only, as the quality of the services and of the facilities is at the highest level. One of the best experiences all over Sicily, the most friendly staff and excellent postioning, on the beach front Definitely the best location in Letojanni and maybe also in Taormina, for this price level. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Parking availability, but this is not hotel related, but municipality related. All parking places on the main street in front of the hotel are occupied by residents, having 'disabled' stickers on the window. I have looked over for the people picking up their cars, neither one of them looked disabled to me...

After a few busy days in Taormina, all we wanted to do is relax by the beach and that’s exactly what we got at Albatross. The room was perfect, the pillows were fluffy and I fell asleep to the waves crashing against the beach. During the day we used the hotel’s private beach and sun chairs and made the most out of the sunny day. The staff were really nice and allowed us to check out one hour later at no extra charge as well, really appreciated 🙏

Can’t remember anything bad. The only notable thing would to have better sun loungers by the pool, but that didn’t affect our stay at all :)

Beautiful spot right at the sea. Excellent service and eye for detail. Everyone very friendly. Beautiful room and excellent location. Best place to stay at the beach.

Parking is a big challenge. I booked a hotel parking spot for 20 euros but when I arrived they ignored me. I had to drive around in circles before the hotel opened a spot for me. I was lucky. This is a real downside of the hotel and to be considered when choosing to go. It can be very stressful when you can’t find a parking space.

Albatros Beach Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with spotless facilities and a stunning location by the crystal-clear sea. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast offered a delightful array of both sweet and savory options, including freshly squeezed orange juice that was simply divine. Dinner was a culinary highlight, featuring gourmet presentations of delicious local dishes that truly celebrated the region's flavors. I can't wait to return for a longer stay in the summer. Highly recommended!

Boutique style hotel. Newly renovated, great location, beachfront, shuttle services for activities. Top notch customer service, friendly and professional staff, kid friendly… I can’t say enough. Out of all the hotels we stayed in this was one of our favorites during our three week 10 year celebration. General manager and manager Domenico knew how to treat their clients and staff with 1st class customer service. We felt right at home as though we were with family. It’s obvious the staff here is treated right as the staff here eager to please and happy to help. There was not a disgruntled employee or customer in sight. From the late night milk served to my daughter before bed, to the candy offered to my son, the most lovely servers… I can go on and on. We had a series of unfortunate travel incidents unrelated to the hotel. The staff treated us all with so much love and support we felt right at home. Being a country where spoke so little of during some unforeseen circumstances, however we always managed to communicate with the help of our friends at the hotel. Location, pool, beach were all clean and service was perfect. Dinner was really excellent no need to search for another location unless you were up for exploring. The water was just magical!! Albatros Hotel is just a few minutes from many attractions with shuttles provided for those uncertain about driving in a foreign country.

Absolutely nothing they were fantastic! I only wished I had booked a room with a view. Our room was a great fit for our family of 4 however would have loved a view (especially for our 10 year Anniversary). We only had ourselves to blame for not booking it when it was available.

The view to the ocean and the easy access to the beach. The room is bright and modern, with a nice balcony. They also provide indoor and beach slippers. Excellent breakfast!

Room is small- a little tight for 2 person with 4 small pieces of luggage. If you drive there, parking takes a while- one person has to go with their concierge to a garage about a mile away. So just allocate enough time for dropping and getting your car

Albatross Beach is very beautiful, well maintained, and tastefully designed. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and featured high-quality products. I especially enjoyed the beach club: crystal-clear sea, very comfortable sun loungers, and excellent food at the beach kiosk. My only regret is not having been able to stay longer.

Location it was exceptional, close to the center not a walkable distance but if you are not driving they offer a shuttle to the city center) . Good breakfast and comfortable rooms, the hotel has a private beach area for the guests; Also private parking spaces for a fee Staff were extremely helpful the ac on my room didn’t work in less than a hour they gave me a new room within the same floor!
