A wonderful hotel and staff. The owners and hotel manager and staff all try to exceed expectations to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. English is spoken very well. Beach towels and umbrellas given as part of their service. The hotel is infront of a very pleasant beach. Many facilities within walking distance. Excellent for going for a morning run. Parking facilites available. TV with netflix and youtube, Balcony overlooking the ocean, Too many other things to mention. Well done to all. Thank you for a lovely and wonderful 4 day stay.

The best hotel we stayed in on our tour around Sicily. Very modern hotel with all the frills. Fantastic breakfast, the best we have had. Close to bus stop to Taormina. Close to lots of restaurants along beach front. A great place to relax and then getting bus for the day to Taormina which was an amazing place. We wished we had stayed at the hotel an extra night and done a day trip to Catania rather than spending a night in Catania. We could have got the bus to the airport from there. 10 min walk to where you can do boat tours

Would have liked better instructions about getting to hotel, mind you we didn't ask. We came out of train station and was going to walk to hotel. There is a busy road to walk through so we got a taxi. We paid a rip off price of 20euro for a reasonably short drive to the hotel. Later we found out there is bus stop opposite the train station with frequent buses. You would still need to know where to get off as the bus doesn't go along the beach but a road that runs parallel. Get return tickets to Taormina as the bus gets very full going back. The hotel room was fantastic but there were alot of lights in the room at night probably due to all the modern fittings

Staff took us to our room and explained everything when we checked in late in the evening. Despite only staying one night they offered/allowed us to leave our luggage and take an umbrella and some beach towels after checkout to the free beach across the road (water was calm, turquoise and clear with rock free spaces). We also utilised their service to book a small group boat tour at the last minute, which was well organised and a comparable price. The breakfast had so many sweet options we didn't know where to start and the restaurant they recommended nearby for dinner the previous night was decent. They called a taxi for us when ready to leave that arrived in no time, and all in all, the location in Giardini Naxos along the flat water front provides easy walking access to all there is to offer without impeding the view. A more relaxed and family friendly alternative to Taormina that has its own unique vibe.

The staff is super friendly and the location is great, next to the sea (keep in mind there’s a road between the hotel and the sea). It’s also very easy to take the bus to Taormina and avoid parking in a small town in busy high season. The hotel is great if you want to stay close to the sea and have the option to visit Taormina.

Parking is very difficult but the hotel offers paid parking- I would recommend going straight to the hotel and go for that option. We had a room with sea view and if possible I would go for that option, it’s really what makes this hotel so special.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Julia and Rosanna at the desk went out of their way to help us ! specially restaurant recommendations, Rosanna advising me on how to pay toll in nearby tobacco shop and speaking in italian to our connects whenever we needed help and booking a cab for us to airport in the middle of the night! julia even offered to carry our luggage when we reached there ( which we politely declined) to help us out as a family we had extra luggage! she helped with parking near the hotel as we were with our rental car! italians are big in family values similar to us indians … Rocco introduced to his lovely family his grandpa ,dad his lovely wife and adorable twins all family working together staying together and making a great experience for the guests! The view from sea side room is amazing ! breakfast was good Flori helped us understand what was what in the menu ! The location is perfect in giardini naxos lots of restaurants in walking distance a good marketplace nearby, all our viator and get your guide operators picked us from hotel ! all in all we are grateful to Nautilus staff.

This is a lovely, slick hotel in a great position opposite the beach. The hotel staff are exceptional, especially Rosanna and Julie who gave us great advice. We stayed in a sea view room which was modern and clean. It was wonderful to wake up and see the view. The breakfast is good and plentiful. It is nice to sit out on the little terrace at the front of the hotel to eat it.. You can see them preparing breakfast in the kitchen through a glass window. We had a great holiday, thank you.

I loved this hotel, and Julia at the front desk always went above and beyond!!! The room was clean and bright, but I wish we would have gotten the sea view! We had a balcony that looked out into the street and also the neighbor’s very close house. The hotel was right on the water, so it was a beautiful stroll in front of the hotel. They had seating in front of the hotel where you could sit and enjoy the view. The small bar next to the reception desk was a nice touch! Also, loved the breakfast!!!

Room clean, bathroom spacious and shower itself too. Breakfast also fine. Hotel has wonderful terrace to sit down, if you are traveling with few friends especially, in the evening and staff was amazing serving us drinks and snacks. Terrace is literally the best around, this hotel standed out of all other hotels around. Also terrace is directly facing the sea.

There was a smell coming from the air conditioner, I am pregnant so maybe more sensitive, but the smell was very unpleasant.

The rooms were spotless, staff so accommodating and kind, breakfast buffet was phenomenal. A very comfortable stay for my grandfather who is 92 and primarily uses a wheelchair. He had a handicap accessible room and it worked out well for him. We were allowed to load and unload our car in the back of the hotel which was also very helpful. Located in a great area with nice walking path along the shore and lots of restaurants and some shops. Overall great experience.

I highly recommend a stay here. Giardini Naxos was not part of my original travel itinerary, but as a result of some things outside of my control, I ended up having an extra day in Taormina, but wanted to get away from the crowds as it was a cruise ship port day. I found that Giardini Naxos was very close and decided to book at Nautilus. The hotel is beautiful. Very clean, updated and had all amenities. Location is directly across from a public beach and walkable to many waterfront restaurants. Wonderful breakfast in the morning The best part about this hotel, though, was the staff. Friendly and all about ensuring the comfort of the guests. Rosanna, in particular, was unbelievably kind and conscientious. She made arrangements for me to have an early check in and went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience in Giardini Naxos.

The walls are thin, so I could hear hallway noise when there were people in the hallway. Having said that, there wasn't a constant flow of people in the hallway so it was only intermittent.
