This hotel pleasantly surprised us, because we didn’t expect a lot from it. At the end we were very satisfied. Although the furniture in the room was old and bathroom is a bit small (especially shower), it was quite comfortable and a big sea view terrace compensated everything. Separately, I would like to highlight the staff, who were very friendly and met all our requirements. The hotel also has its own very good restaurant and guests have extra discount, which is a big advantage. Location is also great.

As I mentioned, older furniture and small bathroom. Our room was on the last floor and the stairs were very narrow, so it was quite a challenge to climb it with big luggage.

Wow! We were upgraded to Superior rooms that had a huge terrace that overlooked the beach with absolutely stunning views of the sea, the coastline and the city of Taormina on the hills. It was literally like living in a postcard. The staff was superbly helpful, friendly, and courteous. The hotel restaurant had exceptional meals and the property is close to anything and everything a tourist could want or ask for. In fact, the entire Giardini Naxos area around the hotel was exceptionally clean and fun. Overall, this was an incredible experience and a great value for the money.

There are no elevators in this hotel. We were on the top (4th) floor, so hauling our luggage up was going to be a challenge. HOWEVER!!!!! upon arrival, the staff insisted they carry our luggage up the rooms themselves, so this turned out to NOT be a problem. Once in the rooms, the climb was more than worth the effort. That said, anyone having issues with stairs will find staying in the higher floors somewhat problematic.

Opposite the beach .... handy to the bus stops for day trips, the train station, and Catania airport .... super clean ... comfortable bedding .... has a kettle and small fridge which is always welcome

No lift so lugging cases up a couple of flights of stairs when you are in your 60's was a chore .... towels could do with softener .... can be noisy at night

I loved everything, the 2 girls at breakfast were unbelievably polite. Clean rooms, we were on the 4th floor wowwwww what a view of ocean, mountains etc. What a massive terrace on the 4th floor.

No elevators, we were on 4th floor, last floor. I was out of breath by the 3rd floor. 70 steps in all. But the huge terrace n view made up.for it. The beds not to confortable.

Absolutely fantastic hotel , the location was amazing , bus stop right outside hotel, lots of great restaurants, sandy beach . The view from our terrace was sooo amazing. Hotel so nice and clean, stuff was very friendly helpful, I really enjoyed everything about this place Would recommend to anyone, it’s the best place to stay in Giardini Naxos

The hotel is located directly at the beach, the view is stunning - the sea and Taormina/Castelmola hill. Delicious coffee for the breakfast. Very nice waiters and the barmaid.

The breakfasts were monotonous, completely same each day. The windows couldn't be closed properly and it was very noisy, especially during the weekend.

Close to the beach - went for swim , beautiful view towards Taormina ; dinner there was nice too

Parking a bit of an issue .... bring a small car

Excellent location on the seafront, surrounded by bars & restaurants. Opposite free beach or choice of lido's. Bus stop and supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Hotel is very clean. We had sea view room with balcony overlooking the sea - room had safe, fridge , kettle, decent storage and was bigger than I expected. Very comfy. Decent choice for breakfast with nice coffee.

Toilet was inside the shower, as mentioned in other reviews, although this didn't cause any problems. There is no lift so this could be a problem for some people.

The terrace and water view.Great staff, very helpful. Super location, close to beach, grocery store and Hop on Hop off bus.

So many stairs and tiny shower.Breakfast could go until 10 am..it would be nicer
