Gorgeous sea view. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated room with balcony with ocean view. Located close to many good restaurants and beach concessions. Rooms tidied daily. For beakfast, you get a voucher for one beverage and one pastry of choice at a nice pastry bakery/coffee shop down the road.

Small shower box needs deep clean of mildew and calcium buildup. Our rooms were on the third floor , 5th if you count from stairs from the beach level but after so many grteat meals and gelato, the exercise was welcome. No one regulary in the reception just by appointment. Located on a busy street but beach side rooms are relatively quiet.

This excellent B&B is well located to transport hubs, the beach and fantastic places to eat. Breakfast vouchers were provided for the fantastic pasticceria Bar Salomone which only a few doors away from the B&B. It is owned and managed by a lovely family who not only manage but clean and maintain the property to an excellent standard. Nothing was too difficult for them, they went out of their way to accommodate us, including our late arrival into Giardini. A very kind, welcoming experience. I would recommend B&B Marranzano to anyone wanting to enhance their Giardini Nazos experience.

There is very little not to like about the property. If I had to make any suggestions, it would be to have the hot water a little more regulated occasionally it took a while to heat up. That said, we figured it out ourselves and it was never an issue.

Daily cleaning of the room, mostly functional AC and mini fridge, excellent breakfast at Salamone bakery and only a couple of minutes away from the beach and the bus station.

The AC flickered several times, and we didnt know there would be several flights of stairs to get to our rooms. We also thought the kettle would be in the room and not in the kitchen above.

Everything. We liked everything. From the beggining with little touch as carrying the luggage upstairs, introducing faciliety, local decor, so you can feel personal touch. We loved the balcony and the view from it. Location is just perfect 1-2min anythere you wanna go. Owner recommended restaurants, icecream place and excursions- we were super happy with that. And it was better price. Breakfast is just arround the corner with perfect pastries and true italian espresso and morning vibes.

The main road is close. So ir was a little disturbing, but not so bad with closed windows.

Room is nice, location is good and you have a beautiful view overlooking Giardini Naxos beach from the balcony at the back. Breakfast provided at a cafeteria a few metres away from the room was good too. Parking a few metres away.

Ideally you need to park before reaching the location as you cannot really stop in front of it as you are in the middle of a main road. 3 flights of stairs to reach the room so take care of heavy luggage. Otherwise it was a nice stay!

The stay at b&b Marranzano couldn't have been more perfect! The room and the b&b is lovely, clean, comfortable, spacious and in a great location, just a minute walk to the beach and a number of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. Literally everything you need for a beautiful holiday at your doorstep! The breakfast at the nearby cafe was a beautiful touch, their granita is to die for! The sea view from the balcony was such a gorgeous feature!! But the best part of our stay was about the amazing people we've had the luck to meet over there. Nicolò couldn't have been more helpful and did everything he could to make our stay unforgettable! He's such a lovely, warm person, will make you feel at home in a second! Such a pleasure to talk to! He recommended restaurants to us (and they were so good!!) and arranged for us a lovely trip to mount Etna last minute, which we didn't even think it was possible in such short notice! I cannot thank Nicolò enough for making our stay in Giardini Naxos superb! I will definitely stay at this b&b again next time I'm back to my beloved Sicily! Grazie mille per tutto! Alessandra e Gee

We loved everything. No complaints from us!

The superior room was very nice, it had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The hosts were happy to help with everything and we would love to return again!

The parking was expensive (but very secure and handy).

The stars for this accommodation are clearly going to the host Nicolo and the location. The host was helping immediately with anything we asked for. There are plenty of restaurants and beaches around.

Sound coming from the neighbors - if you are unlucky like we were and get neighbors that drink till the morning :)) get ready

It was really a great value for the money, just few steps from the beach. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, the breakfast in the cafe bar was good (although there was just pastry option – but that's nothing new in Sicily). The room was older but very clean.

The location is just in the main street full of cars and next to the railway.
