Nice welcome drink. We asked for separate beds in our order, they promissed, but forgot. By our request they gave us rooms with separet beds - unfortunately with terrible beds and bad working heating, Shower was t work at all. Really terrible experience, i didnt sleep all the night through on the old and hard matrace. After we asked in reception for another rooms with normal beds. They were nice and gave new rooms and separate beds,too. This room was two times bigger, nice, beds were comfortable. We spent there only one night but it was different level. Spa is amaizing. all the hotel before seasone is new painting, outside swimming pool is nice and restaurant looks beautifull. Amaizing restaurant not far away, reception made reservation.

This hotel massively exceeded my expectations- it’s walkable to beach and loads of restaurants. The staff are so friendly and deserve regular tips at the bar. I saw the reviews about the rooms and breakfast - completely disagree with anything negative! The room was amazing and breakfast was so so good. I am gluten free and they gave me GF croissants, muffins, bread, muesli - the best ever! The pool is lovely and no stress of people putting towels down.

Our room was very large, #601, but it was not what we reserved through Booking.com. We expected a view, we also expected we would be closer to the beach. Breakfasts were abundant. Staff, very nice.

Miscommunications between Booking.com and Hotel reservation system. We reserved a suite with a view, we got a suite n what I ordered.(bigger) but no view. The food offering at the pool bar closed at 2, why, people were turned away? Also miscommunication between myself and SPA esthetician.

Both the air conditioning and the fridge stopped working a few times. We asked maintenance to check them out and they immediately tried to sort out the issue but unfortunately it kept on happening. And the same thing happened in another family member's room as well. Travelling with a young child, it was a bit of an inconvenience as we needed the fridge in order to keep his milk.

Beautiful pool area. Helpful staff. Very clean. Tranquil and relaxed ambience. Very well kept especially the common areas. Good location, close to the sea, nearby restaurants and close to public transport, yet tranquil and pleasant. Helpful staff with nice attitude. Good breakfast with high standard service.

The only thing that needs to be updated (in my opinion) is the showerhead.

Great breakfast, lovely pool and very well looked after building. Always plenty of beds by the pool and we felt very well looked after. All of the staff were lovely. There is a private beach with a small charge for sunbeds and parasols but lots of space and a lifeguard on duty so well worth it. It was quiet and very relaxing. The food by the pool was very good. A short walk to the closest restaurants , bus stop and wee supermarket. Good transport links. We would definitely return.

My recent stay at the Sant Alphio Garden Hotel & SPA was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Not only did they offer a warm and welcoming greeting, but they also provided us with useful information about the hotel and the surrounding area. Joseph at the reception even helped us take care of a parking ticket issue that we encountered during our stay. They were accommodating and efficient throughout our stay. Aside from the excellent service from the reception staff, the hotel was beautiful and peaceful with great views of the nearby Mount Etna and surrounding countryside. The rooms were very clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. Overall, I highly recommend the Sant Alphio Garden Hotel & SPA to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in a beautiful location with top-notch service. The reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, and we cannot wait to return in the future.

It was good reachable, very close to the beach.

The breakfast was dry and every day the same things. Beach beds had to pay for them even tho they were the hotel’s. Towel for pool or beach had to pay for them. To use indoor pool was also not included. Almost every thing you would think will be included in the price, is not. You have to pay for almost every little thing.

The property it’s well managed,still a seasonal hotel with pros and cons but overall it’s a well put together hotel,great for couples or older couples who doesn’t really want to deal with kids around or noisy group tours. Great sized rooms as well,I’ll come back next year.

Location is great and within easy walking distance to a supermarket and lovely restaurants. The pool area and surrounding gardens are beautiful. Everything is scrupulously clean both inside and outside.

The breakfast was basic with very few savoury items. No fresh fruit, only tinned fruit which I found really surprising. Visited the pool bar/restaurant once for drinks only. Staff were not friendly and again food looked basic and unexceptional. Far better walking a few hundred yards to a decent restaurant at half the price where the staff will welcome you.
