Hotel is very nice and clean , this is the second time we are visiting .

Breakfast was not good quality, hotel management should take care for this as everything else is perfect

Amazing stay at Caesar Palace! We had a wonderful experience! The animators were super fun and engaging, always bringing great energy. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The food was rich and varied — something for everyone! We especially appreciated the organized transportation to the beach, which was smooth and convenient. The beach itself was lovely and relaxing. Everything was truly top-notch. Highly recommended!

The Buffet Breakfast was exceptional!! The staff was EXCELLENT! Always smiling, helpful, and pleasant! The buffet was always fresh, well syocked and wonderful! The rooms were constantly maintained and cleaned. I appreciate all the staff that worked so hard to make our stsy so lovely.

What i was disappointed in was the control of children that were staying on the property during soccer finals. The kids from different soccer teams were running through the halls. Yelling, reeking havoc until 11:00 pm. Knocking on doors and not being respectful to paying guests... ( 2 nights!!!!!) I feel the front desk personnel needed to establish rules with the Chapones and Teachers BEFORE the children arrived.. It was very unpleasant during the weekend. The Front desk did everything they could to stop this problem but it didnt work for at least 2 days. It was very disturbing. Thank you

We loved EVERYTHING! We are frequent travelers and stayed in many hotels so we can genuinely say with confidence that this is the best hotel we ever stayed in! The room was comfortable, the bed was perfect, the facilities great and a location to fall in love with. Not even to mention the food…. DELICIOUS!

That they are closed for the winter season, we can understand but from a business perspective, we would have stayed open and advertised in the colder countries to come and spend the winter in Giardini Naxos. We certainly would have liked to come back and stay during the winter months 😃

This hotel is simple, but has all you need. 10 - 15min walk from centre of Giardini Nachos. The pool is lovely, but quite deep, around 180cm deep, so for most of the ladies quite deep. Also has the kids pool, but nothing special. They also run kids club in the morning and the afternoon. Breakfast was lovely, really nice. The look of the hotel is beautiful, so different from others. On Monday evening they had live music, Italian musician and singer, he was very good. Enjoyed listening to him so much.

The chairs in the balcony/terrace were quite dusty, looked like was not cleaned in a while. Television was around 18inch wide, but other than that was really good stay.

I stayed at Caesar palace for 5 days, a group of 20 people, everything was wonderful, cleanliness in the rooms, change of linen and towels, nice atmosphere and live music every evening, excellent food and breakfast as well, very pleasant restaurant staff especially an older gentleman from the dining room, we recommend this hotel to everyone, it was an unforgettable 5 days, especially since we had our wedding in Taormina, so our whole group stayed at this hotel, thank you very much, I hope to come back soon 

Everything was perfect

We had a lovely stay! The location is great - close to everything we needed. There's convenient parking and the swimming pool was a real bonus. The breakfast was amazing - fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety.

Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes, likely because of the pool in the complex. It was quite hot in the room, but opening the window only made it worse by letting in more mosquitoes. It made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

The room with small couch, table and chairs was spacious for 2 people. The pool and deck are very large to accommodate a great number of people without feeling cramped. The buffet meals were excellent with a lot of variety.

The only back draw in staying in this all-inclusive family resort is the type of clientèle it attracts. By that, I mean, some families are very loud and don’t respect their surroundings. One example, some parents were just watching as their young sons picked fruit from the small trees and threw them in the fountain at the back of the property. This is by no means a criticism about the property but rather some of their guests.

THIS HOTEL IS SUPERB. THE STAFF ARE HELPFUL FRIENDLY AND CHEERFUL WE HAD A MEDICAL PROBLEM BUT THE ASSISTANCE GIVEN TO US WAS TERRIFIC. CANT PRAISE THIS HOTEL ENOUGH LARGE ROOM AND LARGE BALCONY GOOD ACCESS AEOUND THE HOTEL LOVELY SITTING AREAS INSIDE AND OUT PRCES REASONABLE AMPLE FOOD FOR BREAKFAST WITH SUITABILITY FOR ALL TASTES

To be honest, i was bit suspicious about not being close to the beach, but you dont have to worry about that at all. There are frequent shuttle buses to the beach and you have free access (2 sunbeds 1 umbrella). All of the staff were great, always smiling and helpful. Animator team was awesome, every single one of them were very good at their job(special thanks to Leandro, Denzel and Sara). Facilities were a bit old but very well maintained and very clean. Food was delicious, there were sufficient selection of alcohol, all inclusive recommended. All in all, I would definitely recommend here to anyone who is going to giardini naxos. If I ever come here again I am not staying anywhere else.
