All staff are very friendly and very helpful. The complex is very well kept. Our room had a big terrace with beautiful views. Excellent for a very relaxing holiday! You can spend a relaxing day by the pool, with various animation activities and eat at the complex restaurant. Location is about 10 / 15 minute walk from beach and walking for the same time to the other side is a huge supermarket and other shops and restaurants.

Its nice . Have a wonderful time.
Its to noisy with that loud music . Food have to be changed every day cause it irritates!! We haven’t got a car to go somewhere else so we have to stay there . Taxi is so expensive. We went to Messina for 240 euros

Breakfast buffet every morning was great. The location was great too. Had a fantastic view of Mount Etna everyday. Apartment was clean and of a good size for a family of 4. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.

The staff was very nice and helpfull. The swimmingpool area Loker very besutiful. We didn’t try it, we went to the sea. Giardini-naxos has a lot of restaurants. The matras of the beds were a bit hard. We liked that.
We would liked to have an oven in the appartement. The livingroom was tiny so we at our breakfast in the balcony. Excellent view at the Etna vulcano

Great atmosphere. The pool area is very nice. All the staff is very nice and helpful. Beautiful views. Nice rooms Breakfast was good and with fresh ingredients
Mattresses need to be replaced asap. So uncomfortable 😔 and it's not very easy to get in and out of the shower.
