Staff are great and go out of their way to help. In fact they carried our luggage up the entrance stairs. Breakfast is exceptional. Parking no problem. Quite and safe area. By car it is close to pick ups for say Milazzo and other tours tours by SAT etc. Also by car it is close to port for a lovely boat tour of Giardini and Isola Bella.

I suffer from heart and shortness of breath. Since the premises are some steps down they need to install an electric staircase for blue badge holders and old persons. The walk from the parking and the hotel for me is too long but I managed slowly slowly.

Nice clean hotel, warm welcoming staff. Late check-in possible which is great. Rooms are clean and look modern. Beds comfortable, and feel new. Bathroom spacious and very clean. Excellent continental breakfast with tons of options.

Parking is a bit tricky to find, since you park on a public street. Beware: on one side of the street are blue lines, and that is paid public parking - the other side under the trees has no lines and that's free. Also, outside beach-showers near the exit need thorough cleaning :)

The stay in the hotel was great. It was super clean and comfortable. The regular everyday cleaning was great. Very helpful and friendly staff who helped us to organise some tours. The breakfast was good with some options available. The location is very close to the public beach, which is very convenient.

It's highly recommended to go there if you have a car. The location is great and just next to the beach. However, this also means half an hour walk to the city centre (not pleasant if it’s boiling hot though), also no public transport nearby. Also, do check if the city tax is included in the booking. It was a good stay in general.

The staff was very kind and helpful, they could answer all of our questions and also organize some trips for us (boat trip, trip for Etna, an airport shuttle and so on). The room was cleaned every day, it had everything we needed, the staff made sure for us to feel comfortable and good. The breakfast was good, with a wide choice of salty and sweet meals.

The location of the hotel was not the best for us. Even though it has a beach near to it (we never been there), the centre of the town was far, by walk, so most of the time we took a taxi, which is not so cheap in this area. Also when you want to go for a dinner or shopping, that´s around 20 mins walk.

Close to the beach. The breakfast was good ( but see the negative comment as well). A big shopping centre is very close. There was a village market on Saturday morning practically next to the hotel.

On the second day, the moist, used towel was carefully folded back as if it was a clean one. In a country with lots of fruits and vegetables, it would have been good to have them for breakfast. There were lots of sweets, a lot of unhealthy food.

We could hear everything from the other rooms and we had a strange door in the room that we think that connects to other room. The location is very tricky. It’s inside of a private buildings. We arrived at night so it was difficult to understand how we could enter. I think you should add in the booking how we can enter the hotel and in the location adding lights on the cartoons with the name os the hotel and also something at the gate indicating the name of the hotel.

Super friendly staff. Assisted with all our requests. Knowledgeable about places to visit. Clean rooms. There were ramps on the way to the front of hotel so made it easier to roll luggage.

Had to ask for extra pillows as the ones on the bed were very flat , making it uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast was average Could not open windows.

Breakfast was fine, the variety of food was Ok, although there was no fresh fruits and vegetables. The lady working in the reception was really helpful. The place was really clean.

The hotel is on the ground floor of the residential house, so you feel like staying underground. There isn’t much to do in the area around the hotel, restaurants and bars are not in a walking distance.

We stayed in the new rooms which were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations as there were plenty of choices for each taste. Also, the staff was friendly and welcoming.

We did not like the location of the hotel. At first, we thought we set the location wrong on maps, because everything around was way too dark and nobody was on the streets (it was Friday evening). I don't believe you can move around without a car.

I have been in a lot of hotels in Giardini Naxos/Taormina between 3-4 Stars. I worked for years in a 5 Star Superior Hotel in Germany. This one is the best in Sicily I have been to, without discussion. The hotel opened 2021 and is simply modern (espacially here in this zone are a lot of old and dirty hotels). The furnishing and interior is super modern, clean and made with a lot of love to details and colors. The rooms are clean, the bed really comfortable, the bath rooms made with marmor and/or stone tiles with huge showers and the climate system works perfect and fast. The morning buffet is just awesome, you find everything you want for a nice breakfast. The beach is 300-350 m away, like in front of the door. The center of Giardini Naxos with a car 3 minutes away. The team is warm hearted, funny, the whole time happy and 24/7 there for you. You can see people here loving their job and to make you feel having a good time here. There is really no point to criticize. 10/10. I will 100% come back here and book again.
