The location is excellent! Right next to the main street and next to the beaches. Best breakfast from all of the places we stayed. The manager/owner is very friendly and helpful in offering tips on where to go, park, etc.

The towels could have used a bit of softener. Also, because this location is so good - right in the heart of the tourist center of Naxos - there is no real parking available there, unless you are really lucky to find a place on the street. We chose to park in a private parking lot about 100 meters away from our accommodation. It was 25 euro per day (maximum), so for 3 days 75 euro. Sounds like a lot, but on the other hand your vehicle is off the street and protected with cameras there.

Family hotel..they are so friendly and helpfull..i arrived in the evening, he was so accompanied to me to feel comfortable.Breakfast is so nice ..especially fresh handmade apple pie was wonderfull. They give me free umbrella for the beach. His wife is also so much helpfull, to make me to have shower during my late check out ..just after the beach occasion..Thanks so much.i will come again with my family ..

1) Mini bar in the room works so loudly..during the nights i inconnected electricity..every morning i put on it. (No matter infact it's not a real problem) 2) there is not a door to close Bathroom-wc ..its without the door, in my small single room.to stay longer, i would not prefer to smell some ... :-)

Very nice host, helped with everything. Room was nice and clean but for this price i expected little bit more. We had funny situation with the toilet, host offered new room immediately but we wanted cold fridge and not to wait for new room fridge to start working again. Not bad place and definitely recommend

Parking was unpleasant, theres no room in the street and had to find spot far away from the hotel if you are not lucky or coming in the night.

Very close to the sea and all the restaurants. Owners were very helpful and provided good information about area and travelling, eg buses to Taormina and airport. Breakfast provided - lovely strawberries on some days.

Couldn’t always get internet in the bedroom for some reason

Costa Azzurra in Giardini Naxos is a 2-star hotel that could easily be considered a 3-star accommodation. The Owners are very welcoming and hospitable. Rooms are large and clean, sufficiently appointed with everything needed The location on a parallel to the Promenade and its free parking make life easy for Guests. The Promenade and next door is packed with restaurants, pubs and clubs. Breakfast was good and a generous display was on offer. A good alternative if you wish to avoid the busy hotels in Taormina, which is only 20 minutes away by car or by the cable car.

We had a fantastic 4-day stay at this hotel. It is located in a very good location near the sea, with plenty of bus stops and a train station nearby. The main street, where numerous restaurants offering delicious food are located, is also very close. The owners of the hotel are wonderful people and extremely helpful. They ensure that a delightful breakfast is served daily, catering to the preferences of everyone. The hotel is clean, and there is a pleasant atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Additionally, beach umbrellas are available for guests.

The location is perfect. All the public and private beaches are 2-6 minutes walk. The hotel was clean and there is an elevator not to carry the luggage by yourself. The owners were so friendly and helpful, always ready to answer all your questions and if you need something additional, they will do everything to provide it. The breakfast was simple and delicious. Giardini Naxos is perfect place for excursions to Etna, boat tours, Taormina... As it's too central on the weekends it can be a bit noisy, but with closed windows it's good to sleep. Thanks for nice time in your hotel and Giardini Naxos.

Very friendly and welcoming owners, loved the selection of food for breakfast, towels and toiletries were provided, and the bed was comfy

General noise like phone notifications, scraping chairs, and water flushing from other rooms can be heard easily, so for light sleepers I would recommend some earplugs on standby just in case

The location of the hotel is great, the beach is just across the street. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every day spent there. Even we arrived late, the host was there for a warm welcome and smooth check in. The room was spacious and cleaned on a daily basis. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was just perfect, with some tasty pastries. The hosts were wonderful and made us feel like home. Highly recommend this hotel to enjoy Giardini and Sicily.

The delicious breakfast, fresh croissants and puff pastry are the highlight of the menu. Hospitality, flexibility and kindness of the owners was amazing. The place is silent and near to the beach. This is a great set.

The bus stop to Taormina center is a little bit far away, but isn't a problem just walk looking at the sea and enjoy.
