The staff were so welcoming and were willing to help with our questions. I'd forgotten an adapter and they found one for me. The beach was just round the corner and the sunloungers and umbrella were included in the room price. On the day of check out, it states that you can use them until checkout time (10am). When I asked to pay for them an extra day as I was leaving that evening, they kindly let me keep the same spot for free. So kind!

A mini fridge would have been useful in the room. However they did offer a range of cold drinks in reception.

1. Excellent location right on Via Bafile pedestrian road which is live until midnight, it was super easy to go out with kids in the night for dinner after long trip days and with nice shopping 2. Wonderful breakfast buffet, varieties are plenty, much better than other 4-star hotels. much enjoyed it 3. Offers a private beach, loved the cold seawater 4. Spacious family room

The management flexibility and human touch when my baby accidentally messed with my phone and had a nonrefundable booking, I begged them many times from the same second that booking was accidentally done with no hope. 2. The cleaning staff needs to clean the room better and change the bed sheets, she also left a dirty cleaning towel in our room! 3. Expensive rate for a 3-star hotel but all the hotels in general are pricey in Lido di Jesolo

Staff refused to replenish tea/coffee/milk and was told to pay for breakfast instead. Also on checking in, after very long travel times, staff asked for half rest of deposit to be paid on different card from card used to pay first half of payment on booking.com and were being obstructive when asked to use initial payment method. Room fairly small overall for price.

Very helpful staff. It's located next to the main promenade, shops and restaurants are all thee. 100 m to the beach. We got a room in the new part which was exceptionally well designed and equipped for this price. It was nice to stay there. Breakfast quite rich for Italian standards but the dining room's cleanliness was diverse from day to day. We got parking lot in the hotel but the alternative one is pretty far.

When we arrived, we were informed that we booked a room in the old part of the hotel. Which I wasn't aware of. Booking system showed only pictures of new rooms at the booking website so I think this is misleading not to show real images of the rooms. I do not know whose fault was that. But they didn't manage to prepare the original room for us on time of the check in and we got a new room eventually. Which was great!

Good location, lovely room, friendly staff, very clean in the upgraded room, good sized fridge, clean towels daily, built in usb chargers, lots of sockets and clothes storage, iron available on request

Quite noisy both from other rooms through the walls, and people in the corridor, we couldn’t get the air con to work, breakfast was cheap and convenient but not very tasty (milk for cereal was on the turn, had to hunt for spoons, a coffee maker was not working so had to wait a while, and food lukewarm)

We stayed whilst watching our daughter compete in the world karate championships, and the hotel was located a 10 min walk from the stadium. The room was nicely decorated and clean. There was a safe, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was comfy, but the best part for me was the rain water shower, which never ran cold no matter how long I took! I've visited Jesolo many times, and this is one hotel I will definitely return to.

Breakfast wasn't great, but is no different to other hotels I've stayed at.

Nearly by the beach and got two sunbeds with umbrella. Comfy beds and spacious room. Free parking.

Balcony was straight to the Main Street and it was very noisy in the evenings. Clogged drains in bathroom and missed trash bin in WC. Unpleasant humidity smell from air-conditioner. Price seemed a little bit to expensive (with breakfast it was about 100€ more expensive than without unless breakfast cost 7€/person (but we have not ate there).

we stay in the new building ( in my opinion is an 4 star hotel)and the room was extremly beautiful, the matrasess and pillows of the bed was hight quality, every detail was carefful chosen, modern, new technology for aircondition and lights, staff was very helpfull and friendly! Breakfast was very various( everything from omlets, meat, sweets, fruits, cereals and many more) the hotel is in center, few steps away from the sea.

There was a big variety of breakfast foods, all of us found something to enjoy! The customer service was incredible! We arrived earlier than our check in time and we were still provided with our parking spot and spot at the beach. On the day of our check out, they let us use the parking spot until our departure from jesolo and we still got to use the spot on the beach!

The only thing missing was a drying rack in our room.

Nice and central with lots of restaurants and shops around, amazing seats by the beach, clean rooms, friendly Staff, nice Coupons for nearby Restaurants and bars, breakfast was good.

The hallway had a bit of a smell (probably since the kitchen was downstairs). Nothing too bad but not very pleasant.
