A charming place not far away from Venice. Every day we had a nice breakfast with a view to the sea. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Hotel is clean, your car is at the parking lot, you don’t have to worry about it. You can go for a walk on the streets full of exquisite boutiques and restaurants. One day you can spent in Venice, it’s really easy to get there. We had a pleasure to visit this hotel!

the staff were lovely the location was perfect - 15 minute walk from the bus station and right on the wonderful beach the restaurant was ok for bar snacks and drinks with friendly service but there are dozens of great restaurants a short walk away the rooms were small and basic but clean and functional with a great view over the incredible beach having a small gym you could book for solo use was very convenient the small pool was kept clean but the beach was the main feature having a pre booked umbrella and two sunloungers on the beach every day of our stay was great

BOOKING.COM DOES NOT HAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS ON ITS WEBSITE - it’s not number 10 Via Andrea Bafille it’s the 7th Acesso Al Mare off the Via Andrea Bafille. the street is divided into Accessos (streets to the beach) With the Booking.com address it’s impossible to find - the receptionist said she’s told them several times to change the address. the breakfast was OK but not great - I suggest you don’t get the included buffet breakfast and order from the restaurant menu instead the balcony isn’t big enough for two people to sit on - use the hotel as a well located base snd don’t plan to spend much time in the room.

The location was ideal and the breakfast room with a great view to the sea and beachfront. The personnel was exceptionally polite and so willing to help with any requests. Cleanliness was also a great plus for the Hotel Niagara.

The only drawback was the size of my triple room, which was a bit squeezed. I can't think of any other minus for the hotel.

The hotel staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Maitre d’ Daniel and his bar staff Francesco, Alessandro and Denis were so warm and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast staff were also friendly and helpful and on hand to help in any way they could. The hotel was spotless everywhere and cleaners did the rooms daily. There was not a speck of dust anywhere. We particularly liked that we had our own Sun loungers and parasol allocated to us everyday on the beach which we could personally choose. Beautiful hotel, amazing staff and perfect location.

Only small criticism I have is the bed was hard for me personally and the air conditioning in our room didn’t work too well but we were there during a heatwave so maybe it was that.

Perfect location, on the beach, close proximity to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and within walking distance of bus station

Was disappointed that the bed and pillows were not very comfortable both of which were quite hard… probably being a bit picky as at home have memory foam topper and duck and down Pillows !

The hotel is at first line and rooms have full or partial sea view. Rooms are bigger than the expected for the region and there is a private parking. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.

Even the breakfast had good variety it was almost impossible for us (a group of 7) to eat one and the same. Waffles and pancakes were always one or two and not getting replaced in reasonable time, although they are not made in the hotel.

Hotel is located next to a very well cared for beach, room was larger than expected with lots of storage space and great views. Breakfast had a good choice of food and drinks in a lovely glass room overlooking the beach. Beach sun beds reservable, no bother. Lunch and evening dining food was very good, especially pasta meals, excellent chef. Best part of the hotel are its staff, very warm, friendly and exceptional in their assistance to ensure your time with them is a good one. Highly recommend this hotel to any traveler.

We had to go home

Excellent breakfast, overlooking the beach. There was a swimming pool. Staff were very friendly. Smart Hotel. The location for us was excellent, and sea front with a balcony with a sea view. Plenty of storage in the room too.

We had a twin room. The beds were a little small. There were no plugs bedside either. That’s about it.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Shame the bar closed early , there wasn't a lot of people around at night as it was the end of season but we could have been offered a drink to take to our balcony. 😒

Excellent location exactly on the beach. The hotel is pet friendly our two dogs loved it! There is parking option as well,which is very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and you can have it on a beautiful terrace! The staff is super nice we had a great time, highly reccomend it!
