the girls at the reception are nice, they explained everything we needed nicely . we liked the location, the proximity to the beach and the fact that everything is close.

-I myself am employed in a hotel, and I know what to expect and what not to expect. The biggest minus is definitely the lady at the breakfasts. visibly in a bad mood, we got the feeling that we are not wanted, everything annoys her. we have been to many places, but we have not experienced anything like this. I also believe that in such a business it is necessary to know at least one more foreign language. the other lady was pleasant and unobtrusive. -unfortunately, it is a bit inconvenient because there is no access with a stroller

Excellent housekeeping. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff, Good breakfast with great scrambled eggs and bacon plus ham & cheese along with delicious pastries. Again staff on hand to ensure the buffet area was kept spotless. Great location on main street with a variety of good restaurants. Noise was not a problem. Only minutes from the beach and your allocated deck chairs at no extra cost. Only a short stroll to bus stop for Punta Sabbioni for those wishing to join the water taxi to Venice.

Initially offered an extremely small double room which was claustrophic and overlooked the side of a disused hotel. As it was early in the season the reception staff were able to allocate a much better room at the front of the hotel. Just be aware that room sizes differ when making a booking! Beds not particularly comfortable.

Breakfast was delicious and lot of choices. Nice location, everything was close. Staff is really kind and helpful. Room and bathroom was really clean.

Tiny room, no place for anything. No luggage rack, no clothes hanger. No table, no chaires. The pillow was uncomfortable, inflexible, couldn’t sleep at all.

I am very satisfied with the experience I had at Touring Hotel. the staff is very kind and smiling, the location is excellent, 2 minutes from the seashore, I had the parking space right next to the hotel, for a fee but it was worth it. The room was very clean, it could be a little more spacious, but everything was very ok. I strongly recommend!!!

The hotel was situated perfectly in the centre. With the price you got your own sunbed on the private beach. The hotel was lovely and very clean. The breakfast was buffet style but was also very good. For the price I would definatly recommend.

The car park for the hotel was 10 minutes walk away from the hotel which we got told would be free for us to park on, even after they so that we were in a van and not a car. This was not the case and when we arrived at the carpark the staff said that we couldn't park there without paying €10 per night. The staff on the carpark were a little rude with us but the staff at reception in the hotel were very apologetic about the situation.

Small but cozy room with a balcony which had seats and space for 2 to enjoy. Breakfast was very good; with plenty to choose from, being high quality as well as being served in a spacious, modern and bright room. Staff were very friendly, helpful and competent, all well and good.

Being nit-picky, the shower-head could have done with a replacement some time ago. It did its job, but water sprayed in any direction possible.

We loved the location and the view from the room. The staff were really kind and provided all the needed information for our stay. The place itself was great and it exceeded our expectations. The city is really lively and we saw a lot of families here, so it is also children friendly.

We didn't like that we couldn't stay longer.

Location was great, sunbeds on the beach also great. A lovely lady working in reception during the day, the older one, very friendly and helpful Would recommend and would return

The staff was not as friendly and helpful to us, as we were Lithuanians and not Germans nor Austrians. They tell you: that's the rule and no negotiation, the end. Then you see the staff be very helpful and talkative to people of other nationalities...

My room 402 is on the top floor and has lower ceiling in bathroom, so I've hit my head a few times heh, but it's ok(I'm 190cm)
