Close to its own beach. Good location. Parking is a 4-5 minutes walk. Friendly staff.

Room was too small for a family with bigger children. Every time we went out of the room, the air condition started to work at a very low temperature even if we did not want it, so when we arrived back it was ice cold inside. We tried not to close the balcony door but then it went the same way. No warm dishes at breakfast after 9:30 a.m.

The room was very clean upon arrival and everyday staff came to clean and replace the towels. The breakfast is also amazing, there are various things to choose from and the food is delicious.. The owner is very friendly and cooparative. The location is simply great aswell as the hotel is on the beach

The location is perfect, the hotel is very comfortable, breakfast varied and delicious, beach nearby, as well as supermarket, shops and restaurants. There is an elevator. Would stay there next time.

The staff is very nice, the rooms are extremely clean and well taken care of (they clean them everyday), the breakfast is delicious and it has very tasty bakery. The room is confortable, the bathroom is spacious. The beach is close and you have sun-bed and umbrella included. The location is very close to the center, but is not too close, so it is not noisy. It is a place where you would love to come back. I recommend it!

Hotel has an excellent location, it is cozy, clean and comfortable, with access to the beach. The staff are helpful and friendly, providing guests with everything they might need. It is good value for money, breakfast is very good, continental.

Room, staff and breakfast all excellent. Good location for a day trip to Venice, as it's only half an hour drive to Punta Sabbioni (ferry terminal).

Room didn't have any additional facilities, like a microwave or fridge etc.

Nice location, beach in 150m (you can get beach pass at hotel), pleasant and smiley stuff. The room is small, but comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. 50m to main (trade) street with restaurants and shops. Value it’s money.

The place was really nice. So close to the sea and parking just one minute. The wall isolation is good and refrigerator in the room is good. The windows was completely prevent any noise from street. The staff are so nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and bathroom is quite big which is good.

Maybe the beds needs to be better but I don't complain, it was acceptable for me.

Very welcoming, the staff is great, everything was clean and you get everything you could need. The rooms are nice and have balconies. The location is superb, you have just a few minutes to the beach and it’s right next to the main street. You also get a parking card for a parking space in the city.

Pillows and beds could be a bit bigger and comfier, but they aren’t bad by any means.

Excellent stay, friendly staff, decent value for money in a great location. Nice selection of pastries and fruit at breakfast.

More variety of hot food at breakfast would be great. Continental breakfast and omelette is fine but another hot dish would be ideal.
