The location was very good, just a few steps away from the beach and the main street on the other side. The breakfast was excellent! Staff was very helpful. They changed our room, because we complained on the first day, that there was a water leakage from the ceiling. Though we were moved only on the second day, because the hotel was fully booked.

The rooms are tiny and it was really hot and no air. The air conditioner was very loud, so we couldn’t sleep while it was working. It is strange, that only 2 beach chairs are included per room, even if there was 3 persons in the room. The beach towels could have been also included, but they were extra. We were offered them free of charge because our room complaint.

Everything about this hotel is great. The staff is great and eager to help. The rooms are super clean, every day the room was cleaned and towels changed, bed is mega comfortable and the breakfast is amazingly good. The parking in front the hotel is almost nonexistent. They have like 8 places and costs 20e per day but this is disclosed after you made your booking. Still they have places inside a huge parking place like 3 minutes from the hotel so it’s not a problem. Those who complain are snobs because it’s incredibly close! It’s a great hotel and i would definitely come back!

We booked a double room and we called in advance to ask if we can book it and stay with a 1 yo. They said yes and said it costs 10 extra euros. At checkin the receptionist asked for 15 euros and after i ssaid we already talked on the phone they said ok on 10 euros. Not a huge problem but the randomness and lack of transparency would be a con. Still a great hotel!

i have to say i was pleasantly surprised (there are so many places that are outdated). the hotel is new/renovated with comfy beds. the staff at the reception and at the breakfast was really nice,always ready to help,even arranged me vegan brioche for breakfast. there are lots of things on the buffet,from fruits through sweets/salty things, so i’m sure everyone finds what they like. hotel is about 2 minute walk to the beach which is super comfy in case you need something from your room :D parking for free (for a deposit in cash which you’ll get back upon check out) is just 2minutes walk and is guarded (also very kind people 😊). the room and bathroom is nice and clean,equipped with everything. maybe the shower is a bit small,but i didn’t mind.you cannot see the sea from the balcony -or at least not from my room,but has two chairs so it’s functional-if you want to sit outside.

maybe for the guests who prefer to stay at the beach on sunbeds-would be nice if they could use it longer than until check out (10am) since the new guests can use it only from the time of check in (2pm). i personally didn’t need it.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and thoroughly enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations! The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Our room was beautifully clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps from the stunning, expansive beach. We will definitely return for another stay. This hotel is truly a hidden gem in Lido di Jesolo!

We loved our stay at Hotel Greif! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, which made it perfect for relaxing seaside days. The hotel offers great facilities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options to choose from, providing a perfect start to the day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we can't wait to return!

There wasn’t much to dislike, but if I had to mention something, it would be that the Wi-Fi connection could have been a bit stronger in some areas. However, it didn’t detract from our overall experience!

Everything was excellent. Clean and newly renovated rooms and the common areas. Beach was a few steps away. Full and delicious breakfast. The staff were accommodating to the alternative requests (soya milk, etc.). Lots of choices like grilled vegetables, pizzas, eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, fruits. Just excellent. Free open-air parking area (secured and controlled) was also nearby and easily accessible. Friendly staff. We will definitely come back.

The breakfast was fantastic and has exceeded all of our expectations. There was a variety of traditional sweet italian breakfast (at least 10 different options including croissants with pistachio cream), but you could also have scrambled eggs, veggies, fruits, prosciutto, cheese, pizza, granola, you can order any coffee you'd like and even have processo for breakfast. The breakfast lasted from 07:45 till 11:00. The room was very nice and cosy, every day we've got fresh towels and could use the bicycles for free any time. We have used the parking 150 m from the hotel, but whenever we needed to pack/unpack, we just parked right in front of the entrance for that time, so it was totally fine. When we needed to wash our clothes, it was solved in a couple of hours, the staff in general was very friendly and professional above all expectations.

My only suggestion would be to improve wifi connection, it wasn't always working appropriately.

We have been at this Hotel 3rd times. Hotel Greif is very clean, comfortable, accomodation close to the sea. The price included the beach service and parking fee. The breakfast was excellent, more than sby can imagine. Our apartment was the best room in this hotel, we highly recommend it, with whirpool. and sea wiew The staff was extremly helpful and nice

Very close to the beach, umbrella and sunbeds on the beach included. In the center of town - close to shops and restaurants, but could not hear the noise of the city. Good breakfast, free bike hire, balconies with seating. Small car park at the hotel and a large car park a little further on included.

Small minibar - difficult to cool drinks.
