Good location, beach really close, city centre close too. Many shops, restaurants around. Good breakfast, nice outdoor breakfast room on a terrace/balcony. Good and safe carpark from the hotel in the nearby.

The check-in was at 14h and we only got the room at 14:30, knowing that we arrived at the hotel at 12h and we were waiting in the reception. They could have cleaned our room next once we were already there and waiting for so long, and we still only got the room half an hour later of the normal time. Nothing was offered to make the situation better. But besides this problem was all good overall. No shelve in the shower, we had to take and put the products always from and on the floor of the shower.

- The kids playground zone is destroyed and dirty - not usable. That was one of the main reasons to chose this hotel as I was travelling with a toddler - but it was very disappointing. Especially that it would take 1 person's 1h of time to take water hose and clean it all up. - a fridge would be nice to have - the interior décor is very dated so i imagine it's in the plans to renovate, although that did not influence my general impression on the hotel - make sure you check if beach service is really included in your booking. It was for me (in my confirmation) but then i was told i have to pay extra because they removed in from booking.com; We managed to clear the situation with the friendly staff but it's a bit misleading.

Location, price, beach, possibility to use bikes

1. I had stuck in the elevator, the help was quite prompt but I had to get out of it between two floors, it was very inconvenient and we didn’t get any compensation for unpleasant experience from the accident. 2. Some of the staff members could have been friendlier towards their customers.

Loved the direct access to the beach. Strategically positioned in one of the best areas in Jesolo. Great to have a safe and secure parking close by. Hotel staff is amazing, very caring and does their best to make your stay very special. My room had a brand new and very spacious bathroom.

Air in the room was not so good. Airconditioner made it little bit better. Dont know if somebody smoked or had animals there in the past. Otherways room was quite clean.

The room was perfect and clean. The AC was really helpful in those hot evenings 😁. The Breakfast was really delicious and it was a pleasure to eat and drink your coffee on their terasse in the morning. We had chairs and Umbrella on the beach also.

Very small room and terace, you dont have where to dry your clothes

The best impression was from the room itself. It actually is much better than even appears in the photos. The ceiling has very nice decorations, it's spacious and very clean, as well as nicely furbished - especially the shower room looks brand-new. The hotel in general is very stylish, with lots of paintings and decorated in a kind of renaissance style. It also has an own (or shared with some other facilities) secured parking, which is only a few meters away. The beach is also within a minute walking distance. Last but not the least, the breakfast buffet has pretty good selection to start off a day at the beach.

The noise insultation can be improved. Also, communication with some personnel is difficult, as they try to switch from German to English and back, an none was really convincing. Besides, it was probably first time in our travels in many years that we weren't allowed a later check-out even by an hour or so. Ok, we can accept the reason that they need time to prepare the room for the next guests (though, if it's 4 hours or 5 - does it really make a big difference? But could change our impression). But the fact that we weren't allowed to keep the car in the parking for the same time wasn't really logical as the parking place doesn't need any preparations like the room. Anyway, it was just a disappointing aspect of an otherwise pleasant stay.
