Exceptional communication and care from the staff as my travel was delayed repeatedly due to strikes… I had less than 24 hrs in Venice, which wouldn’t have been the same without being able to leave my suitcase while out exploring. Thank you. The hostel is also right next to the boat station for connecting to the airport, so that worked out very well! Special thanks to Daniel at the front desk for being kind and helpful. A kindness that made all the difference to my trip!

Beautiful quiet location next to a Church. View of the rooftops of Venice and could hear the soothing sounds of the boats on the water during my stay. Basic facilties, especially the bathroom but still a homely stay. The bunk beds were a fun experience! Welcoming and kind staff :)

The location was safe. The staff are helpful. I like the WhatsApp service. Bathroom is also clean. The room is save. Nothing got stolen.

The light in the room is too dim. It was a hassle to connect to Wi-Fi. But once connected, it is alright. The bedding and towels are dirty. There are blood stains and such on it. The doors and walls are thin; gladly, the floor mates weren’t loud. The shampoo and body washer are of bad quality. Better bring your own ones. Also, do bring your own indoor slippers and hair dryer if you are used to using one.

The location was great, very convenient to get everywhere and right the by the water. I like the spacious room with plenty of storage, and the separate bathroom. Amenities were provided such as towels, soaps and shampoo. Staff were friendly on arrival.

There was no air con in the rooms. There was also insufficient power points in the large 4 bed room I stayed in. There seemed to be points only in two corners of the room, which was fine on my side because the was an extension multi cord to share with the person on the other side, however the other side of the room only had the single power point. This was crucial because we needed to use the fans provided in order to stay cool with no air con. The only other thing is that there is a fridge to put items in but it is not accessible outside of reception hours, which meant not being able to get my breakfast at my early checkout time.

Location is great, just nearby the ferry stop. The bathrooms were clean and there were hairdryers in all of them. Our room was spacious and there was a sink and a vanity which was really convenient. There is a luggage storage which is great. Overall it was a great stay at the low cost

You could hear all the sounds from the corridor and the floor cracking, the kitchen isn't equipped at all, basically there is only a fridge and there is no running water in there. You can store your food but forget about cooking something

The location is excellent, being closest to the blue line boat stop named F.TE NOVE. This makes it incredibly convenient, as you can take a boat directly from the airport and stop right here, avoiding the need for additional transfers.

The staff could be friendlier, with more smiles and a warmer, more welcoming attitude. While the current staff is fine for providing basic information, they do not go beyond that. The staircases are steep, as expected in an old building, so carrying a very heavy suitcase could be quite challenging.

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Great communication. And very accommodating. The location was right next to a water bus which was very continent. Great resturant right outside too. The room was very clean and large. I would definitely go back to this hotel and plan to return I would just be careful to select a room with air conditioning during summer.

I didn't realize there wasn't air-conditioning. That was the only negative. Also they have a hotel style room within the hostel which I would have booked had I realized. This was my fault not there's.

We really loved staying here, it was right next to our favourite restaurant Da Alvise, on the canal. The room was large and it was so nice opening the windows up to the canal and hearing the boats splashing too.

The hostel part (private double room) is fine, it’s nice but they use the bit outside your room as a storage area of sorts, so at all hours, people were in and out and it shook the room door every time, and it was loud. We made a cardboard wedge so it wouldn’t shake so much. I know it’s “just” the hostel area, but if you pay a few hundred for two nights, you should be treated the same. Just my opinion.

Amazing location, we felt super safe as young travellers as there is great security and locks on everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The WiFi is included and good and the showers worked well. Private room was super spacious, very simple but had everything we needed. We got given clean sheets and towels and there was a small stand with a fridge kettle and coffee maker.

This property is located right next to the boat stop, which is great for access to the other islands. It is also out of the way of the main streets so nice and quiet, but still close enough for easy access. 10/10 for location. 10/10 for staff as well as they were lovely and greeted us every day kindly. Walls are thin, but is still quiet when sleeping. The shared bathroom is also great because there are 6 individual rooms with toilet, sink and shower. If coming to Venice again, I would 100% rebook and recommend to others!
