Very close to the beach and extremely clean. Be aware when you book, most rooms look like the old rooms, just check all the photos. The cleaning ladies keep everything really clean and they deserve all our thanks.

The rooms are very small, for 3 stars they should've been bigger. Also the breakfast had for 2 weeks the same 2 types of eggs and meat, same salami same ham (which wasn't eaten by almost nobody). They changed the sweets very often and they were delicious, but the ham was plain awful.

The restaurant at Hotel Neps offers delicious food, with the pizzas being a standout—crispy, flavorful, and simply outstanding. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding service we received from Eleonora at the reception. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail added a special touch to our experience. Eleonora went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, and her warm personality made a lasting impression on us.

We noticed a significant difference between the standard and superior rooms. While the standard room was very clean, it didn’t quite match the level of comfort and amenities that we experienced in the superior room.

Really good location, 2 minutes away from the seaside and 4 minutes away from the bus stop. Very friendly and helpfull stuff, when one of us was sick, they served us breakfast in the room, huge portions. The hotel restaurant is open all year around, we checked in at the end of october and it was one of the few restaurants still open, so it must be popular among the locals too.Welcoming warm atmosphere, good service, we had delicious pizza made in an traditional italian oven, fresh fish and sea food, pork an chicken.

Place was great, when we got a room we reserved (based on pictures). 1st night we spent in a really small one, but got much better the following day. Bathroom was fantastic, newly renovated with huge shower area and a lot of space. Restaurant in the hotel is really nice and all staff members are very helpful, except the night guard, which does not understand any english :) Beach is just around the corner, but it was not a season, so we just had an evening walk there.

We arrived earlier, so we got really tiny room with tiny bathroom. I am happy we got much nicer with bigger bathroom next day. Pillows and really, really small, But I got some extra, when asked. Rooms have no closet, just an open shelf. There is a private parking area for visitors, but it is rather small

Our second time at Hotel Neps. I said it before, it is an absolute gem. Close to the beach and shops and a great base for visiting Venice or other lovely places (we did a coach tour to Verona and Lake Garda) on this trip. The staff are lovely, the rooms although compact are perfect for our needs (and kept spotless with daily housekeeping) and the food for breakfast and evening meals in their restaurant is really wonderful. Thoroughly enjoy our stays here.

Hotel Heps Lido in Jesolo is truly excellent! The location is perfect – just steps from the beach and close to all amenities. The food is varied and delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

We loved this Place. Room was clean and perfect for the vacation. The restaurant, the staff, breakfast were brilliant. Everybody was supportive, smiling and showed us the message that we are very welcomed. The small gifts to the children also a nice gesture. If back in Jesolo, no question around the hotel.

The single room bed is not suitable for adult however the reception staff was excellent and offered me a double room instead . Excellent customer service

I liked everything, breakfast, cleanliness of the room, friendly staff! 2 minutes walk to the sea! The hotel is located on a street with many boutiques, cafes and restaurants!

We we not satisfied with reserved room, because it was on top of main street and hotel restaurant. We were afraid of noise during the night. Hotel stuff did their best to find us other room which was bit smaller than reserved one but meets our requirements. Food in hotel's restaurant was excellent and their wine was great also.

Not so much to dislike. Maybe receptionist could react better when we were not satisfied with reserved room and try to find other room for us bit sooner.
