We cannot express enough gratitude for the wonderful time spent at the Eden. Our "HAPPY PLACE". All the staff from the lovely Laura in reception, from the cute Linda in dining,the suberb cuisine from the chefs to our 1st class room service from our sweet Nettie. We could include everyones name if possible. you know who you are.xx.Always smiling and helpful.The nearby beach is so clean and the water was great for swimmimg. Friendly staff, very good breakfast, sunbeds on the beach - nice pool area. The hotel is located on the main promenade, which does not disturb the peace at night.

We couldn't park directly in the hotel parking lot - the stays are limited (however we got option to park quite nearby).

Location is very close to everywhere. Friendly stuff.

There is no kettle in the room to make a cup of tea before bedtime.

Staff were happy 😊 at all times. Always helpful. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard 👏. The food was excellent 👌. Will definitely be back. Thank you everyone for making our holiday perfect 🥰 💞

Lovely hotel. Right in the centre of the Square surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars. But also is not too busy. Staff can’t do enough for you.

The location is very good, central.

Breakfast is the same all the time.

All well organised from checking in to checking out. Very good breakfast with an extensive choice and staff throughout the hotel were extremely pleasant.

The bed was the hardest we have ever slept on and found most uncomfortable. This is a comment not a complaint because the firmness of the mattress is a personal choice.

Renovated rooms are very nice

Outside terrace is large enough but there is not enough privacy because you look directly on the neighbouring terraces

Surprising busy for late October (when many Jesolo hotels were closed) - on two nights there were tour parties, German I think). The hotel is spacious and efficiently run, and the reception staff are exceptionally helpful -- there was a glitch over my booking (with Booking.com) which the staff sorted out very quickly. I stayed half-board, and the food and service in the dining room was wonderful, better quality than I'd expected. The meals were a real experience and the waiting staff were so freindly and helpful. There are several self-service lavanderias in the resort, including a good one about 200m from the Eden.

Hotel Eden is a bit tricky to find on the first visit despite its high profile location; and Lido di Jesolo in at October is pretty lifeless.
